Quiet neighborhood with no tv or nite entertainment ”

Gd location, 15 mins walk from nearest JR station. Quiet neighborhood where no tv nor nite entertainment around. Cleanliness not to satisfaction; especially where area not touchable such as bed underneath; exhaust fan etc. Bed is combined by 2 table with separate mattress which is hard and suffered with back pain after used. Sofa bed is much more softer. Supposed to use 1 single double mattress to improve. Walkable distance to tourists street where next JR station Nippori connected. Big space compare to Tourist hot spot but Ueno area much preferred as more entertainment at nite.

My impression on this unit is that it is recommended for a couple or bachelor/bachelorette on money-saving trip. There are actual residents as well as single or couple travelers staying in the apartment complex. It is less recommended for family travelers with little children/infants. since Tokyo apartment is so quiet, especially in the district around this apartment since it is education focused area, that you'll be a bit nervous for making even subtle noise and my little son was a bit frustrated too.. Overall I gave good score for location and facilities (particularly for laundry machine) as well as friendly staff. I just felt the value for money is around between satisfactory and good. This one is depending on travelers though; there is free WIFI but no TV.. I guess TV was removed for noise. Regarding cleanliness, kitchen, bathroom & toilet were clean, but bed room was a bit dusty. I might use this unit again if I travel around Tokyo alone or with my wife or one of my friends.

距車站約8分鐘路程，附近商店跟吃食不少，很便利。”

距離車站雖不遠，但每天下車後搬戰利品回去走那段路有點痛苦，沙發床跟枕頭不太好睡每天都落枕，但夠大可睡兩人。沐浴用品不錯，毛巾跟床單也都整潔。

CP值很高, 地點離西日暮里車站不遠 粉方便, 搭車到日暮里後再轉JR一站就到. 如果房間有吸塵器會更好 住宿的時間可以幫忙稍微清潔一下 ^^ 房東回覆信息很快 很推薦一家人住!!
