lovely hotel and service with a smile”
my stay in this hotel was lovely. it was just in front of the train station so i had an easy time locating it. it is also very near to banks and resturants and to aeon mall, making my stay so easy. the people manning the front desk were very approachable. they try to help despite the language barrier. the hotel tries to help the environment with their eco program, and encourages the guests ro participate also by giving incentives. cable internet was available in the room which allows me to talk withnmy daughters who are left at home.

Everything was great, no complaints, staff let us check in a bit early. Housekeeping staff are friendly. Can not bring back guests to the room who do not stay at the hotel. Big TV in room and all quality amenities. Very near a metro station but far from central Tokyo.

the hotel was conveniently located. it is very near the train station, bus as well as taxi stations. the aeon mall is right in front of it. banks are also nearby. the front desk crew are so accomodating and helpdful despite the language differences.

Everthing is just perfect - location, staff service, cleanliness, facilities. I have not tried the food so I cant comment about it. I have discovered a new hotel where I will always stay everytime I go to Tokyo, and this is it.

Quite far from Tokyo downtown ( 50 mins at least from Tokyo station), if anyone would like to stay in this hotel, please ensure that you will travel in Chiba only.

Clean&comfortable hotel;good wifi;efficient staff”
It was comfortable. The room was clean and the staff made it every day. Wifi signal was strong and connection was fast. Checking in and out was a breeze. The key card was quite nice (opening the door to your room in other hotels even with a key card was quite a chore).

Only hotel in the vicinity, their so call biggest room is really small, it was really tight, we booked for two nights but felt claustrophobic and decided to drop off the 2nd night, the staff was kind to refund us. Cannot pin point much because it is not your city standard hotel.

Not the greatest in customer service ”
Front desk was a little rude during check in. We kept getting shoved due to the small space and staff trying to accommodate other customers in such a small space. Housekeepers were very nice though so that was good. Not much for facilities either. Microwave is located on one floor only and ironing board is shared in the elevator area of each floor. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the train station is literally a 2 min walk away. 7-11 is located across the street and a family mart about half a mile away. Aeon mall was right across as well and had a pretty good selection of dining establishments. Overall, I'd give it a 3.5 star review..
