Best choice for Tenmonkan area”
Stayed here with my family for 6 nights, staff are very polite and helpful. They speak sufficient enough English. Beds are a bit too soft for me but my family members who like soft beds have positive feedback for it saying they had really good sleeps at night. You may choose not to have tidy up service that day and they will put new towels and waters etc in front of your door. Location is good for Tenmonkan area, just a 3-5 mins walk to the Tenmonkan station for trams and buses. You dont even have to worry too much even if it rains. 3 convenient stores and 2 supermarkets are around the corner. Great restaurants are literally downstairs with less than 10 seconds of walking. Special reminders for those who would take JR everyday, it would be at least 20 mins of walking time from hotel to Jr station. Taxi fee would be around 800-1400yen depending on the traffic conditions. Had great experience here and will recommend this hotel to those who wants to stay in Tenmonkan area.

Reasonable price for a twin room, located near major city area Enough choices for buffet breakfast, food taste and quality okay But lose some marks for the lack of onsen, which I suppose exists for all APA hotels, as the official website states

Hygienist is bad, I found some blood on my bed. The air conditioner seem doesn’t work,facilaity is old And it’s little far to JR station But u can found lots drug store and restaurant nearby.

Great location with pretty spacious room”
The room is located at tenmonkan dori which is full of restaurants, bars, cafes, drug stores and marts, which makes it an excellent location. The Tenmonkan dori tram stop is just about 3-5mins walk away, and the Tenmonkan tram stop is only about 4 stops away from the Kagoshima chuo station (about 8mins). The room that I chosen (small double bed) is spacious than I thought, and its bathroom is bigger than the APA in Nagasaki Ekimae. Overall, it was a great stay!

Exceptional”
The location is very good, it is just a min of walk to Tenmonkan shopping center. There are lots of restaurants open till midnight. A 7-11 is just at the corner of the same street. The room is spacious than most of the Japanese hotel. The hotel is newly renovated. We had the buffet breakfast at the hotel (1000 yen). The restaurant is very small and with limited choice. I would recommend to have breakfast at there. It is better to have breakfast at nearby restaurants.

We reserved a twin bed room, it was new and very roomy. the hotel is located in the hearts of Kagoshima city, with airport buses and trams nearby. Lots of shops, restaurants and entertainments around.

Pleasant Stay ”
My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The room was just the right size and the price is reasonable. The room was clean and tidy with a new toilet. The hotel is quite new and the staff are all very friendly to help. The location is good too (5 mins walk from the tram station). Overall saying, it was a nice hotel.

The parking fee was an error. ”
Everything else was okay. But i chose this hotel because the parking fee was free of charge as i made a reservation on agoda page. However, it turned out that the parking fee is 1,000 yen as i arrived. I definitely remember this because there was another hotel for the same price. But i chose here because this hotel had a free parking lot. And i paid 1,000 yen for parking. It was unpleasant.
