Very convenient location and affordable!”
The rooms are a typical size for a business hotel so I would not recommend if you have a large suitcase or are staying for many nights. Other than that, the rooms are clean and very nice especially for such an affordable price. The hotel itself is in a great location as well. It's just across the street from the station and within walking distance of Okayama City's biggest attraction, kurashiki bikan historical quarter (about a 10 minutes walk). This is a great place to stay for 1 or 2 nights!

Great location right by the station, short walk to the historical quarter. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and fully equipped. Loved the shower! Heating can be a little erratic. Still a great and highly recommended hotel stay.

Great Location!”
I was surprised that APA Hotel was right beside the station! It was super easy and convenient to get to with lots of restaurants and the outlet mall right by it. The only con was that the walls in the room is super, super thin as in, you can hear someone have a normal conversation and it sounds like you are right beside them. I heard the next room's TV on for several hours (not their fault). I would recommend. you buying ear plugs for the night.

Good location and easily assessable. It is located just a few meters from the train station. Suitable for tourist and those who carry big luggage. However, the room is a bit small.

Location is great, easy access to JR station & there's supermarket & bank downstairs. The smoking room stinks really bad, bed is way too soft but it was a public holiday weekend in Japan so all rooms are full in Okayama so we had no choice but booking this one. I'd rather walk a few more mins and book Dormy Inn instead if I ever need to stay in Kurashiki again...

Only pro is the location”
Location was great. Just outside the south exit of the train station. However, the room was freaking hot and the aircon was non existent. The bed was too bouncy. The room was miserably tiny.

Super convenient location in charming vintage-style hotel”
The location couldn't be more convenient to the station, which is perfect for late night arrivals and early morning departures. Just a 15 min walk to the amazing Kurashiki Bikan sightseeing area – we had a really amazing time here. Staff were nice and spoke some English. The reception is on the 9th floor. Comfortable rooms – we got upgraded to the Double Room for 4 nights after booking the Semi-Double so that was really nice! The interior is vintage style which suits the location and history of the town :) Not the fanciest hotel you'll stay in, but it's clean, warm and convenient.

" , our hotel is just next to JR Kurashiki station. Moreover, it takes only 10 to 15 minutes to Bikan historical area from this hotel by walk. How did you find around Bikan area then? I chose this hotel because i was going for mt tape factory tour vol. 7 it was very close from the pick up point. The hotel was also near by the kurashiki station. The room was great! So comfortable, peaceful and quiet. Very close to shopping complex. Well known places is very close going by bus or bicycle

A very nice hotel. Located in the best place which is at the railway station. Walking distance to all attractions in Kurashiki. 20 minutes by train from Okayama.

We wanted to be close to the train station and this hotel is perfect for that. The rooms are small but well equipped, clean and ours had a great view of the sunset. We enjoyed our brief stay here and think it is high quality for a low price. Excellent value.

This hotel is great if you are coming by train. It is right next to the train station, and an easy walking distance(5 mins.) from the shopping and kurashiki river walk. great ambiance.
