Worth of money, close to the centre of the city, comfortable”
The hotel is located on the Tachibana dori, the most bustling area in Miyazaki. Close to the bus stops that are able to go to most of the tourists in the city. Various local food restaurant can be found near the hotel which close at 2400 every day. The room is clean and comfortable. Shiseido brand cleansing materials are provided. Generally it’s value of money, convenient and comfortable.

Located right at the main shopping district of miyazaki making it easy to access. Lots of late night eateries around even though the shopping arcade close early. The room is spacious even with a double bed and the bathroom is surprising big equipped with heater and dryer and isolated from the coldness during winter making those who hate coldness a excellent find.

It’s about 1 km walk from the main station Miyazaki station, which I did a few times. The hotel is near to many eateries, and walking distance about 900 meters to the Tachibana park.

Old and small. Location is convenient. The bathroom not very clean but acceptable. The towel is a tragedy. It is smelly and yellow.

It’s located on Tachibana-dori 3 chome, so a lot of buses (ex. 965) stop in front of the hotel and really convenient to move to famous attractions such as Sun Messe Nichinan, Obe, Aoshima, Miyazaki shrine, etc. I will stay this hotel again if I have a plan to visit Miyazaki in the future.

APA Hotel is a great option for anyone looking for budget hotels! Room size was typical for budget/business hotels in Japan. Everything looked nice, clean and pretty new. Bed was comfortable and the room (single double) I stayed in had a nice size TV (32in). Only gripe was if free Wifi was available in the rooms (only LAN). Overall, highly recommended and one of the better budget/business hotels I've stayed in in Japan :)

Convenient downtown Miyazaki hotel”
We greatly enjoyed our stay at APA Hotel for its convenient location to a large supermarket 2 blocks away (open 10 a.m.-12 midnight), many nearby eating places, buses, department stores, and 8-minute walk to the bus and JR station. We had twin beds, a comfortable loveseat, and a table to eat from in addition to a fridge, desk, and 40-inch TV and 2 windows to check out the weather and street below. The lav and toilet were in one room and the Japanese-style furo in a separate room had space to wash outside before entering the tub. The staff was courteous but their ability to speak and understand English was very limited. It was difficult to get staff to understand I wanted to look at the room before accepting it. When, on my return for one night I rejected it as too small (a small double), It took a bit of convincing to get them to show me another room, a twin like we'd stayed in earlier that was entirely satisfactory at an extra charge. We did not eat at the restaurant.

The hotel is located at Tachibana Street which is the downtown area of Miyazaki. Great variety of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel is only 20 mins away from Miyazaki Airport by driving.

A very surprised Japanese shower space”
This hotel is located at the center of downtown, right next to the famous shopping street. Car park also attached to hotel, with lift carrying car to upper floor storage location. The twin bed room is quite sizable. The biggest surprise coming from bath room, it has a nice and separate Japanese shower space, together with a full size bath tub, very unique among Japanese hotels.
