I booked an apa hotel for the first time and im not sure i would again. I mean its clean and its reasonably prices but i felt a bit frustrated with the parking. It should mention online that if you want to use their FREE parking facility you cant have a rack on the top of your car. As a first time guest, also am american, i had no idea so i had to park off property and pay for it (its cheap but its the principal). I also specifically booked this place for the parking. If i knew it would be like this i wouldvt booked somewhere closer to the destination i was also visiting. I also thought it was weird they had no irons for use but trouser presses on every floor. How about having an iron be available on at least one of the floors...who needs a trouser press on every floor....? Lol but thats just me

The hotel is in the center of the city. Furumachi market in directly is on the street. There is a convenience store in front of the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Nice Hotel but located some distance away from main station”
This APA hotel is further than the one nearer the station but I chose it as it had a public bath, which I did enjoy. If you choose this, do note that you'll have to get comfortable travelling around by bus as the main station is too far away to walk. The hotel is located near some eating places, so that's pretty convenient. If you've stayed at an APA hotel before, this one is a similar standard, conformable and reasonably sized.

Very comfortable stay. Rooms are rather small but you can still get around the room. The hotel has washers and dryers that you can use (for a small fee), which is very convenient for travellers on long trips. Beds are very comfortable and hotel is clean.

The pubic bath is clean and is a huge bonus. Room size is slightly larger than average Japanese Hotel. Is is not far from bus stop on the main room. Also a local market street Furumachidori is just next to it.

Not so satisfied with the cleanliness”
I requested higher floor but ended up at the 2nd floor and maybe they should focus a little bit more with the cleanliness of the room. The room is a little bit small but can’t clean it very well. But overall we enjoyed our stay with the reasonable price and great location

今回GO TOキャンペーンで3000円で朝食付きプランで泊まれました！ おまけに1000円分のGO TOチケットも付いて来たので、お土産まで買えました。 浴衣で朝食が食べれないのが残念だけど、大浴場や露天風呂、電子レンジや製氷機も備わってるので文句の付け所がない。 強いて言えば駐車場が1050円取られるのがもし無料なら本当に100点だと思う。 極め付けは朝食ブュッフェが本当に美味しい。 連泊したいほど快適でした。

まず、コロナウイルスの影響もあるが、値段が本当に安い！チェックインもアプリで予約すれば、簡単に出来る。部屋も綺麗で、アメニティも充実、朝食はビュッフェスタイルなので、わがままに好きなものだけ食べれる贅沢さ。廊下やエレベーターも清潔で静か。大浴場もロッカーがあり、セキュリティも万全。朝から露天風呂も入れる。歩けばすぐに古町モールがあるので、夜も傘をささずに外出出来る。新潟に来たらここに泊まれば間違いない。強いて言えば、大浴場にタオルが無い。駐車場が有料なので、そこで、コスパが上がるのがちょっと残念。堂々の7.9点

格安で素泊りしました。泊まったお部屋は、入室時に窓が少し開いていたので気になり買い物で外出して戻りフロントに話すと直ぐに確認されて清掃員が締め忘れしたのですみませんって言って下さいました。大浴場も有り快適でした。また、利用したいと思います。
