Spotless Hotel with Onsen”
Very clean, affordable hotel with fast check-in, great onsen in the hotel, latest big Digital TV but I couldn't do the Mirroring with my Android phone after many times restart. Bigger bed compare to usual hotel in Japan, it will be perfect if the location nearer to station. Its quite a walk if you carry luggage, need to pass by the big Aeon Mall. Good for one pax, or two pax with one luggage only, as there is no space to open another one in the room.

Very Clean, small room but just enough for 2 persons. good location that located near the train station, turn right after going out from the train station. There is a big shopping mall nearby.breakfast buffet with good taste. The amenity is new. Public hot spring provide. Quick check in and check out process

Although this hotel may not be the best in "value for money", it is still nice to stay in this hotel as the location is quite good, with just 5 - 7 minutes' walk to Okayama station. The room is clean and has decent bathroom cum toilet. By the way, the linen which the hotel is using is "too soft" and can not support my back... I personally prefer "harder" linen that is more supportive. If you care about the linen, please take this into consideration.

good facilities, especially the public bath house which is rare for hotels. used it everyday. rooms and bathrooms are small though, typical of the cram tokyo rooms.

Good hotel with surprise”
The hotel is not as close to the JR Okayama station as I expected. It takes 10 minutes by walk approximately. There is no convenience store next to the hotel, which was disappointing. Yet, there is an AEON mall and Don Quijote department store next to the hotel. There is a huge number of restaurants in the AEON mall on 6/F and 7/F which opens until 10PM. The Sega game centre opens until 11PM. Don Quijote opens until 2AM. Visitors will never feel bored. The hotel room is small as expected in other APA hotels. Yet, surprisingly, there is an onsen on 2/F North Wing in the hotel. This was not stated in the website. The onsen was comfortable. Overall speaking, it is recommended if you have to travel to the Sanyo area. Okayama is convenient to travel to Hiroshima and Osaka by Shinkansen and to San'in area and Shikoku area by other JR express trains.

clean and tidy room”
The room was not big enough as my luggage could just be opened within the limited space. The bed was quite comfortable. There is a USB plug at the head of the bed which is quite convenient for charging phone battery. The window was easily opened which made my room more ventilated. There is a big TV on the wall and information about the hotel facilities and local attractions is provided which is quite useful.

There is a large shopping mall near the hotel, it is very convenient, but the weather is warm in recent days. The hotel room is only heated and not air-conditioned. It is very difficult to get into sleep, and there is only a big cockroach in the room!

Worst hotel we have stayed so far! Staff were not helpful and not responsible There were only eight parking spaces and the staff failed to tell us another Hotel carpark with their poor English Room was dirty and old Not recommended APAhotels!

A great bargain!”
I stayed a week in Japan, and my stay at APA Hotel in Okayama was by far my best experience. The room is quite large by Japanese standards and it's just a quick walk from JR Okayama Station. When you leave the central exit (towards the foundation), hang a right and walk straight until you see the hotel on the right (it's on a corner). The bed was extremely comfortable and there was free Wi-fi that actually worked! When I inquired about renting a bicycle, they knew right where to point me to. I would definitely recommend a stay here; we are a couple but I saw many families checking in when I was there. :)

Like sleeping in a cloud, 8 minute walk to station”
My friend and I stayed in APA Okayama for one night over the Halloween weekend. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Check out time is 11am. The hotel is on a quiet street an 8 minute walk from the station. The absolute best part of the stay was the bed. My friend and I both agreed that the beds were crazy comfortable. The hotel is located close enough to Saiwaicho (the young hip area) to make it easy to reach restaurants, clubs and bars, but, thankfully, quiet enough for serious snooze time. Okayama pro-tip: Use the green rental bikes near Hotel Granvia near the station to get around the city.

Without "Non smoking" means "smoking"?”
I booked a room marked with "single". I am not sure whether it is smoking or non smoking. so I add a additional request for non-smoking. However when I arrived the hotel, staff told me that I booked a smoking room. I show the staff the Agoda.com app that I did request for non-smoking room. Bargained for long time, finally provide me a non-smoking room as they told me all non-smoking room are full at the beginning. Beside that the hotels is at great location. Close to Aeon Mall and walkable to JR station but you will get wet when raining. The Hotels is under construction a new wing is building next to the hotel.
