Beautiful views”
I stayed here en route as it was conveniently located. The hotel is up a long winding road, which personally I loved, but it might not be convenient if you are travelling without a car. The view from my room was beautiful and I enjoyed being higher up...clear air and a quiet night. The hotel is a golf resort and it seemed most guests were there for the golf. The outdoor onsen was very welcome at the end of the day and looks out across fields to the mountains, very peaceful and relaxing. My room was clean with the usual amenities, and spacious for Japan. The buffet breakfast was excellent. A range of Western and Japanese dishes, nicely laid out and with extra covid-19 safety measures, such as plastic gloves. I really enjoyed eating breakfast whilst looking out over the golf course to the mountains behind. My only one issue was that there were only plastic/paper take-away cups for drinks at breakfast. Several signs indicated that the hotel is interested in being environmentally friendly so I thought the take-away breakfast cups was strange. Perhaps the hotel could use proper cups and glasses and have some take-away cups for those who wish to use them? Overall I would definitely use this hotel again.

Went here for the Summer Illumination and Myoko Backpacking. They provide shuttle services to Myoko station, but aside from that it is difficult to access without a car

Big, clean hotel in the Mountain, far away from the cities! Awesome breakfast buffé and dinner buffé! Delicious food and service! 10 out of ten! It's a huge golf area with nice paths for walking. Mount Myoko with snow on the top where our view from the hotel. Awesome Spa with hot bath inside and outdoors. We can highly recommend this place!

Absolutely stunning views and hotsprings”
We were able to stay here with very good last minutes late and it was amazing value for money. The view of the mountains and golf course was unreal and my old mother could not help commenting on it nonstop... She lives 1hr drive from the hotel and now I live in Australia, I just feel so proud this view belongs to my hometown. Outdoor Hotspring is lovely and the restaurant was gorgeous. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended

小さな子どもを2人連れて、初めての旅行でしたがとても快適に過ごせました。 毎日お部屋の清掃をしていただき、清潔に過ごすことができました。また、ホテルの方々のご対応がとても温かく、妙高の良さを一層引き立ててくれました。とても感謝しています。日中はゴルフのお客さんが多く、大きなゴルフバッグが数点入り口付近に置かれていて、ベビーカーでスロープが通れない場面は多々ありましたが、それを踏まえてもまた是非利用したいと思います。

部屋の大きな窓からは、正面に冠雪の妙高山が迫り紅葉した木々が彩を添えて近景のゴルフ場のグリーンが爽やか。部屋は広くゆったり、大浴場は露天風呂や五右衛門風呂風もあり楽しめます。食事はブッフェは朝食も夕食も種類が豊富で中身も濃いです。レストランの食事も食材が吟味され美味です。大満足でコスパ最高です。

26時到着予定でしたが間に合いそうになく途中で電話を入れました。結局27時になってしまいましたが、電話の時も到着時もフロントデスクの対応がとても良かったです。 部屋も綺麗で広く、洗面所がバストイレと別で鏡もとても大きく、快適に滞在出来ました。

ホテルの問題ではないようですが、チェックインに一時間かかりました。原因はたまたまバスの入ったあとに並んだことと、GoToの説明が１人づつ予約サイトによって違うようで、宿が紙のクーポン渡す人、スマホのQRコードを見せて渡す人、スマホに届いている人などそれぞれに違う説明。しかもお年寄りはよくわからないみたいで説明を何度もしている。。。 フロントの人には同情するけど、疲れてホテルについて余計に疲れました。 その上、アネックスだからまた別棟でチェックインに並ばされて、合計一時間。 でも夜の噴水とプロジェクションマッピング、花火は良かったです。

「ホテル側の都合で」とアネックスから本館に無料アップグレードして頂き、スタッフの方の感じもよく、とても快適に過ごせました。 ただ、夕食が全体的に冷めていたし、飲み物の所に氷がないのは、残念でした。 あと、サウナがあるのに水風呂がないのも残念です。
