Clean and the surrounding environment was really pleasing!”
Many people said it was small, but it was big enough for me to stay alone. I felt good as soon as I entered the room, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The public bath was clean, and the best thing was that the sauna was available until 2am, so I could use it without worrying about coming in late! Overall, I was very satisfied. Also, the subway station is really close, and there are many convenience stores and busy streets around, so I could walk around without worry. However, it was a bit cold because the room didn't have separate heating. Other than that, it was great. I had a good stay~!

Single room stay for one night. ◉ The room has basic amenities such as mouthwash, tea, and coffee cups, which are paper cups. They are individually packaged. There is one packet each of powdered tea and instant coffee. As there are no spoons, do not forget to bring your own if you plan to bring desserts or the like. ◉ The room has a unit bath. Be careful as the toilet seat is cold. ◉ I thought there might be a difference in the bath between the spa and the hotel name, but there was no difference from other APA hotels. However, there is no facial soap in the bath area, which is available in other APA hotels. Please bring your own if necessary. Towels, razors, and toothbrushes are not provided in the bath area, so please take them from your room.

Nice new facilities, comfortable bed , big tv, efficient housekeeping with the rooms, and a pleasant stay. I came in from Bangkok. The Nishishinjuku area quieter, less hectic than other areas, but close to the stations . I’ll be staying here again ( I’m from Hawaii.

Still located in Shinjuku but a little bit away from the center. Great value for the location and only a short distance to Shinjuku station via bus or subway. Rooms are clean with laundromat, restaurant and spa in the hotel. Highly recommend.

I have used ryokans more often than hotels, and have only stayed at hotels a few times. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable was that during check-in, I was not told where the elevator was and was just given the room key. However, when I extended my check-out time, a cleaning staff greeted me in the hallway and the staff who handled the extension fee was very helpful, so I was able to leave the hotel feeling good. I will use this hotel again.

Location is great, near to train station. Across Family Mart and Lawson. Restaurants nearby. Have onsen. Have swimming pool but with payment 1000 yen per head. Highly recommended. Filipino staff is very helpful. We forgot his name.

Was gonna stay at the other APA hotel which is closer to the Shinjuku station, but some things didn’t work out so we changed to this one First of all, the price is good for value and the location is close to shishinjuku station. There are convenience stores close by which is good if you get hungry at night. The facility includes a huro which is a public bath place where you can take showers and immerse yourself in hot spring baths. The only con about this place is that the room is quite small, which might be a problem if you have a LOT of luggage. Overall will def five a 4.5/5. :) Loved it

Located at the heart of Tokyo with many restaurants and convenience shops near by. The Metro station is just 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Despite rooms are small they provided all the needs from head to toe. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

They have a central controlled room heating system and it's very hot inside if u switch on the AC...I had to keep the window open and I had severe cold due to the dew in the morning...they don't even have a provision to provide a fan...
