The staff were very helpful and polite. Room is tidy but a little bit small for a relatively high price. The hotel is conveniently located on the Manyo line tram, where the famous Doraemon tram runs.

Musty smell buy comfortable none the less”
Hotel had a musty smell. Upon entering hotel, clear that it is a very old hotel, but reception and staff very helpful. Room again looked pretty old, we got a smoking room, couldn't change as Golden Week and fully booked! Highlight possibly the Indian restaurant about 15 min walk out of hotel, take a left out of the doors and straight down for 15 mins!

It was good, despite the lack of english-speaking staff. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone below JLPT 4 level. However if you can get past the check-in counter, then you're good to go, you'll find a very pleasant room.

while nobody spoke english it was easy to confirm the booking and cope with finding the carpark! it's an easy walk into the cbd, and the taxi to the railway is not too difficult.

ゆっくり休むことはできるが、、、”
残念ながら、家具のあちこちにぶつけたような傷が多数あり、黒い家具に白い傷が多数といった感じで、 清潔に清掃はされているはずなのに、それを打ち消すオンボロ感が否めない室内。とてももったいないと 思いました、なぜなら、それに気づく心と黒いマジック１本で解決できるからです。 また、朝食が値段相応（1500円）ではない内容にがっかり。 一番おいしかったのは、片隅にたたずむカレーのみ。 ただし、従業員の方はキビキビと動かれていたのだが、、。 １、什器、又は食器を高級感があるものに変えてみる。 （廃業するホテルから譲りうける等も方法はある） ２、１品だけ（例えば、白エビのかき揚げ等）でもいいからご当地の温かい料理があれば 違う意味での温かさが出て印象が良くなる、 ３、上記が難しければ、残飯が出るバイキング形式にはせずに、毎日日替わりメニューとして 地場のもの、ご当地のものに改善した方が、顧客満足度は高くなるように感じた。 アパ社長さん、改善点をご自身の目で確認してみて下さい。

毎年の利用。今年はなぜか朝食を入れて倍の料金。受付には、4500円の表示がある。 高いのは何故かと受付に聞くと大会があるからと意味不明のことを言われた??それでもagodaの方が安かった。

翌日、氷見観光のため宿泊しました。 ＡＰＡホテルは成田以来です。１Ｆエントランスの作りがゴージャスだったのと、フロントスタッフの印象が良かったです。 一方、シングルルームは少々くたびれた感じで残念。デスク、壁面、ユニットバスのデザイン等、および備品類（ドライヤーなど）が一昔前のもの、という感じでした。風呂場からのカビ臭みたいなのがあり、困りました。

單人房當雙人房賣？”
當初是訂一張雙人床兩人入住，但進到房間後發現空間非常小，單人床放兩個枕頭就變雙人床了，放行李的空間也無法放兩個行李箱，讓人懷疑用單人房賣給雙人使用。後來只好加價換到兩張床的房間。
