Pleasant stay, nothing to complaint about :)”

We can feel the warmth from the staff. They are pleasure, polite and courtesy although we hardly communicate in same language. :) Anyway they are trying their best to give us guidance. Thanks for free-rent-bicyles x 2 to wandering around the city. This is the surprise we get from this hotel.

The room was as small as described by the Hotel, i.e. you should not expect a spacious room and don't be too surprised if you find it rather difficult to get things out of luggage. We had to place our luggage right behind the door so that we can enter the bathroom without much trouble. The good thing is - it locates near the Tokushima Station, quite convenient.

Very no frills business hotel. Tiny rooms. Also a few block from the station when other hotels are right across from the station. The Sunroute Hotel was much nicer.

ホテルの入り口も、とても綺麗で清潔感いっぱいでした。 何より、フロントの方の対応がとても丁寧で、気持ち良く滞在する事が出来ました。 又、利用したいと思います。

駅近、便利な場所にあるきれいなホテル”

徳島マラソンで徳島に行きました。 駅からもスタート地点からも近くとても便利でした。

徳島駅前は他の地域に比べて価格が下がりにくいですね。 そこの中では安いほうなのだと思います。 部屋も狭目ですが、2人でもキャリーを開くだけのスペースは一応あります。

観光”

周辺に飲食店も多くて、良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

酷いホテルです”

どこも取れずに仕方なく予約しましたが、8,900円という料金には到底見合わないホテルでした。 部屋に入ると、トイレの流すレバーが戻ってなく水が流れっ放し。水道は閉めても水がチョロチョロ止まらない。 入ってすぐにエアコンをつけましたが、リモコンの温度設定は22度にもかかわらず、全く効かない。28度に上げ、やっと部屋が温まるまで1時間かかりました。 仕事で全国のホテルに泊まっていますが、あの狭さと古さで8,900円は納得できません。せいぜい5,000円程度のホテルでした。
