Close to major attractions of Tottori. I highly recommend this hotel also if you travel by cars, it's surrounded by a lot of reasonable parking lots. Many beautiful beaches are not far from the hotel, easy to access by car, spend the day and come back to the hotel by the end of the day.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the station. The single room was larger than a typical Japanese hotel room. The facilities are a bit dated, but still a great choice. Breakfast had a large variety.

good choice for one night”
the hotel was not as small as expected which is good. the light was a bit dim. there was no nice view. but overall, the hotel was suitable for just staying over and continue the journey on the next day

It is right behind the bus station”
I am not sure if we were the only one who traveled all the from from Osaka to Tottori. After we got off the bus, we just simply needed to cross the 7-11 store then we were able to see the hotel right away. If you are going with a group of people or family, and you just traveled long distance, you should choose this hotel for the location purpose. You will be able to rest yourself in bed right after.

There were some stains on the bedsheet (washed but still there) and I somehow felt it was not properly vacuumed. There were stains on the chair cusion too!

The location was great and the room I was given had a nice view and was very spacious, however it was totally different from what I had booked and it seemed as it had not been cleaned for a while. Also I could feel every spring on the mattress which was not comfortable.

It was the worst Japanese accommodation I've ever been to. I requested a non-smoking room and I was put on a non-smoking floor. But when I arrived, the floor smelled like cigarettes and I had to keep my windows open the whole time because the room really smelled bad (smoke). I noticed on the elevator that my floor was non-smoking but still the smoke smell lingers. The room was pretty old and there was a lot of dust and stains on the curtain, sheets, and walls. The location was great, very close to the train station, and the staff was very friendly.

No what I was expected”
I was really looking forward to my stay at APA hotel but I was somewhat really disappointed. The room was big and nice so it was great but the window was so dirty i couldn't see through (such a waste for the 13th floor!) and the bathroom was really old and not so clean.

It’s less than 3 mins walk from the train station. Room itself is clean but the bathroom is not. Felt mouldy and it’s not looking good. Laundry machines feel the same.

The beds here were the worst I have ever experienced in 10 years of travel around the world: Asia, Europe, and Americas.. The mattresses were completely worn out—it would have been better to sleep on the floor.
