The Chimenea-Playa Apartments are located in a quiet residential area of Nerja, 10 minutes’ walk from Burriana Beach. The complex has a swimming pool and all apartments have private balconies. Almost all of the modern air-conditioned apartments in Apartamentos Chimenea-Playa have views of either the Mediterranean Sea or the mountains. They also have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. All of the apartments have 2 bedrooms, a lounge and a bathroom. The separate kitchen has a washing machine, microwave and fridge-freezer. The Burriana Beach area, just 400 metres away, offers a wide range of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants. Secure, on-site parking is free here, and the A-7 motorway is just 2.5 km away.

Good position. 10 minutes walk from beach .15 minutes walk to supermarket. Nice outlook over pool and town beyond . Roof terrace with panoramic views . Apartment terrace sunny all day .airconditioning good . Lovely big bath . Kitchen fine. Big comfortable double bed. Flat cleaned after one week

The apartment was spacious with all comforts. Nice terrace. The swimming pool was clean but cold. The host has been very useful fixing an internet issue within one hour. Quite close to the beach although there is a steep slope to walk up and down from the apartment.
the furniture is outdated and poorly decorated . The hanger for the towel in the bathroom is rusted.

Very nice appartement, everything was there what you need for a vacation. Great distance to the beach or city. The family is very friendly and nice.
In the neighbourhood is a construction for new houses, there was some noise and dirt…. but no big issue.

The apartment is in a great location, a ten minute walk down hill to the beach and a selection of cafes, restaurants and small shops. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nerja.
The walls of the apartment are quite thin and noise from other apartments could be an issue at busy times.

Beautiful apartment, quiet area, a little distance from the beach and old town, small bar nearby, but closes early.
The hill from the beach is quite steep and may be a hindrance to less abled people or to buggies etc.

we stayed in apartment 1C, 2 bed with roof terrace. Roof terrace was fab, great views. nice views from balcony also. very good mattresses and water pressure in shower. Heating and Cooling efficient. Friendly owner.
Could do with a deep clean, kitchen very poorly equipped with broken tap and poor flow. Rusty microwave. Only 1 toilet roll and bin bag.

Not owners fault but Didn't like the very bright streetlight directly outside appt shinning in. Very annoying (Please get a bathtub plug!)
