Beautiful house, fantastic view, just a little far from town”

Very well equipped, spacious, great view from terrace. Fast, helpful and clear communication with staff.
Location - a bus was available hourly, but slow journey (in winter there is only one bus for the town). Walking to town from the apartment takes about 35 minutes. Walking back up the hill is not for the faint hearted!

Bright and spacious apartment with a big balcony with a view over the town and the ocean.
Strong smell of sewer in the bathroom, which could be smelled in the rest of the apartment. Very unpleasant. Mould in the bathroom. Cleanliness could’ve been better overall. Noise from the pool/common areas.

Property was in a great location with fantastic views and all the facilities I would expect. Much easier to access than most other properties on the San Juan development.
A few more towels are an essential (these were supplied on request from the agent) as on holiday you can't cope with one bath and one hand towel per person.

Convenience, level access and great views”

The access and parking are convenient, the view is spectacular and the pool and restaurants are close by. Lift access and conveniences such as washing machine and dishwasher make life easy.
Couple of minor repairs required. Would be nice to have a valuables safe. TV signal poor, many stations not working.

Fabulous Nerja Holiday at San Juan”

The apartment was terrific. A home from home. The attention to detail in the apartment to make your stay perfect is wonderful. Extra blankets, comfy beds, perfect AC, iron, hairdryers, shopping bags, fabulous balcony's (2). 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great living area space and an excellently equipped kitchen all made for a perfect stay. The pool area is fantastic, plenty of sunloungers & unbrellas payable daily & placed where you want by the on site life guard. Lovely restaurants on site & a great shop, really well stocked.
All perfect. Hilly area. Bus to Burriana @ €1. Taxis plentiful and cheap @ €6 to €7.50. Burriana and Balcon are all in walking distance 20 to 30 minutes but in the heat bus & taxi were welcome..

Good centre from which to see the area by car but parking in Nerja is difficult.”

The view from the balcony across the town and out to sea was beautiful.The 2pools were nice busy but quiet.
The lack of washing machine.It was removed before we arrived and we found this most disappointing.The collection of the keys at a motorway Service station was a problem especially as it was quite difficult to find the Apartment. Very steep hills to the apartment not easy walking so elderly beware.
