the spacious appartment

Check-in according to the hotel confirmation is from 4 pm, but the office was closed and nobody came so we could get our key. We waited and waited and eventually had to telephone before a janitor turned up. This is not okay. We were tired after a long drive. On the voucher is should say that you have to telephone. On the office door was just a sign saying that opening hours was from 4 pm.
