New sunny 60 square meters fully-furnished 1-bedroom Deluxe Condotel Apartment within The Padgett Place, a secure and luxurious condominium area in a quiet enclave in Lahug, Cebu City, barely a few minutes walk from the central business district.

The apartment is of tip-top and superior quality and well maintained. It is fully equipped with two beds on a separate bedroom, private living room, dining area, kitchen with appliances and utensils, and toilet and bath.

You will have your own private balconies that boast an extraordinary view of the commercial district and green scenery.

My apartments have curated designs, tip-top, superior quality, and are well-maintained. They have elegant interiors and possess amazing views. What is more is they are very spacious, comfortable and fully furnished.

The smallest of which is 20 sqm up to 350 sqm, and each comes with multiple bedrooms, ensuite toilets & baths, private living & dining areas, kitchen, and amenities that rival the upscale hotels.

My apartments get a lot of sunshine & natural light. They should be conveniently located in the middle of the city within a short walking distance to the business & lifestyle centres, such as Ayala Center, Cebu Business Park, and Cebu IT Park.

We offer guaranteed early check-in /late checkout/both, upon request subject to availability & confirmation at an additional fee. Late check-in from 6:00 PM to midnight at 1,500 pesos fee. Let us know about your arrival time. -Please register at the lobby who will give you the apartment key upon receiving from you the required 5,000.-PHP damage/safety deposit in cash. It will be reimbursed in full upon checkout, subject to an inspection of the unit. -Condominium amenities are free of use. The swimming pool is located on the ground floor while the business lounge with free WiFi & gym are both on the third floor. In-house laundry services (for a fee) in basement 2. -An intercom near the kitchen that you can use to call our kind & helpful receptionists available 24 hours if you need taxi, assistance or info. -Electricity & water consumption are excluded in the rate. The fixed utility fee is 499 pesos per night. Please turn off the air conditioner, TV, appliances, lights, & water taps if they are not in use & when you go out to conserve resources & save the environment. -The water heater is under the bathroom sink if you need to adjust the temperature. -When cooking, please turn on the range hood all the time so the smell will not spread and use the chopping board when slicing/cutting food. -It is your responsibility to throw your trash daily into the garbage room in front of the elevator of your room floor. -For your safety, smoking in the apartment & on the balconies is forbidden. penalty is 25 000 pesos. You can smoke in the designated area at ground floor. -The guest is responsible for his or her own actions and in case of accidents, the property owner shall not be held liable.

Disappointing ”

Balcony filthy, is simply not cleaned. Bathroom ceiling filter caked in fluff. Dirty upholstery seat at dining table. No dishcloth or kitchen towel to keep everything clean. Plastic plants… This is a typical investor sublet apt, no care for the detail. Watch when making price comparisons, you are charged on entry p300-500 per day as a non refundable daily cost.

The Host was very sweet, I was greeted with a basket of fruit and bottles of water! The unit is very clean and well decorated. I would recommend the unit to anyone.
