- Mr.Victor and Hamada were very supportive even period of arrival. - Their units and apartments are outstanding as they mentioned and I do recommend them. - Check-in was very easy and directions to the room were easy. - Room appliances working well. - Apartment was clean. - My room was nearby to the elevator which was good.

- Parking fees costs 75EGP per day. - Parking is far from the apartment so you need to walk a lot and carry all your bags. - If you have family, make sure to get an apartment or room nearby the beach and swimming pool. - The washing machine was not working - Some of the residents in other rooms, used high-volume speakers which may not be the best choice for relaxation. - Only 1 cafe is available at the beach at night and it's not the best for families or kids because of shesha.

Apartment wasn't clean, furniture was old and had stains, bathroom didn't have any soap or toilet papers or towels, although it was mentioned in the property facilities that it should be provided, I had to request it from the owner, and it was provided upon my request. Bathroom sink was clogged. Entry process is so inefficient, it took too long to get into apartment. Overall the place was way below my expectations, the apartment was NOTHING like what's shown in the picture. The people working in the shops inside the resort are not as helpful or friendly as I would've expect in such a place.

Limitations of pools and beach Overpricing of coffee shops and restaurants

The chalet is so clean, fully furnished with full kitchen tools. So it'sLocation is so nice with perfect view so it's comfortable for family and kids helpful staff, smooth check in/out. Highly recommended will be back again

There's Construction work going on in the big pool for renovation , so it's distracting the nice view from the balcony and bit noisy since early morning Also pool is not heated

The owner of the apartment was very cooperative and helpful. The apartment is very near to restaurants and entertainments. the apartment was clean and comfort.

Heated pool is for hotel guests only and also ticket fees is expensive for non guests. The apartment is preferably to be furnished with small carpets specially in winter season.

More Kitchen appliances and Bathroom modifications are needed

EVERYTHING! The room had a horrible stinky smell, the bed sheets weren't even clean. The bed was covered in hair and dust. And the employees were RUDE as well. And we had to wait for 2 hrs to get the keys to the room cause they were trying to get some type of approval. They were trying to send my passport to homeland security even though I HAVE my residency in my passport. The staff was really unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

The view

Trip was not as good as expected! the view was okay but the apartment had a lot of issues. First of all, we have a senior lady my mother that cannot walk a lot and 3 children ages(1, 3, 17), so we had no idea that the power goes off every time we turn the rooms and living room air conditioners together, water also goes off 4 times a day (1am-7am)(11am-3pm)(7pm-10pm) the 4th one was unexpecting depending on the day. That was really frustrating since we go out to the beach with the family and go back to the room and find out that the water and electricity are out of service and out of control. The saftey was really bad in that place, every time the electricity trips from the control box and we hear the sound of it so the childern were scared. It is not safe even I tried to see what was blowing up in the control box and I found that the circuit breaker(switch) was tripping and wont turn back on so we turned everything off and I have a video of it. We had to call the plumber on our first day to fix the kitchen and room's bathroom because it was stinky and clogged. The parking was not close since I made sure with the host to get us a closed parking so my mom and children wont walk a lot, he said for sure and there are golf carts that can take us back to the apartment. I said okay but what I found out was that the golf cart was only for the onwers of the apartments not the visitors or rentals so we walked like half an a mile to get back. Not only the parking that separated from the onwers and visitors so the beach and pools were separated as well. we went down to the hotel's beach and they said no this is the beach for the owners not the visitors so we had to walk on the sand to get to the crowded beach for the visitors or rentals. I really felt the discrimination from the separation of the onwers and visitors of that place, really sad. I am not happy since I was expecting to spend these 2 days with my family with a little bit more of happiness and fun.
