The concierge and driver team staff are very friendly and helpful! It’s quite and safe in room can’t hear any noice from outside. We have stayed in different hotel in Da Nang! I definitely recommend this hotel more than the other one! The facilities are new and modern. They offer cheese and ham, freeh fruit and salad, freshly made scramble eggs and noodles for breakfast. That is quite good for a complimentary breakfast. I don’t recommend to people who have high expectation for swimming pool, the pool is quite small but it’s good for instagram photo^^. The bed is comfy with hot bath tub! That’s wonderful stay with Sala DaNang hotel!

My Group 14paxs booked 6 rooms. All rooms are spacious, clean, cosy, comfortable, well-furnished with ocean view. Impressed by fast services checking in/out. Fairly new nice beachfront hotel with excellent ocean view. 40th floor provided excellent city and ocean views. Staff always helpful, delightful and proficient in English. No communication issue. Swimming pool is large with brilliant views. Breakfast has lot of selections. We thanked and extended our great appreciation to staff, Mr Le Quang Vinh, who constantly went above and beyond his duties to ensure we were satisfied, happy and made all relevant infrastructure arrangements for us. We got free upgrade to Grand Suite Room which is very spacious with ocean view. Great job to all the staff and Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyable times staying in this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay here and we surely will come back.

Very clean room and soft bed which provides us a good sleep. The receptionist is friendly and helpful yet I felt helpless during the first day I was there. I never change money before went to Da nang. The staff do not know where should I go for money exchange and they direct me to exchange in bank. But all banks in Da nang they don’t accept ringgit and I have walked for a very far distance also no one change for us. Also, English is not a common language in Da nang. Lastly, I’m able to exchange money in gold shop at Da nang city centre. I think they should improve the English speaking skill and also to prepare a form in English version for customer to sign.

Hotel is super nice. Room is very spacious. Bed was real comfy. Staffs were great, very accommodating. Checking in is a little confusing if you go to this hotel for the first time. I took a taxi from Da Nang airport to the bottom of the Ba Na Hills then checked in what I thought was the hotel, but then you have to take a 25 minutes cable car ride (which was great) up more than 1500 meters high to get to the hotel. Staff met us at the cable car at the top and took us to a reception desk to get our room key cards. One of the best hotel stay I have been to. Breakfast had lots of choices but didn't taste good but that's only my subjective opinion. I would definitely will come back. Already planned to go back this winter.

Deluxe Ocean Twin room (14th floor) I came when the hotel has been operating for only 2 months so everything are nice and new .I'm pleased with the staffs and the services. Room is so clean, modern and spacious. Breakfast buffet is ok but lack of diversity in choices Because of one small incident but I got an offer from the hotel to compensate that, which I'm very pleased with the service they offered Private transfer from Da Nang to Hue with a comfortable car, friendly and professional driver (Mr Thang). I definitely come back here if I ever come to Da Nang in the close future

We loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend to future guests. The staff, the hotel location, spacious and clean room all exceed our expectations. We are frequent travelers and also in the hospitality business so we appreciate the staff hospitality and their communications during our stay. The location couldn't be any better! There is a convenient store across from the hotel, good eateries, clean and cheap for any time of the day. We rented a motorcycle for $7 USD a day right outside the restaurant and cruise around the city for dinners and visiting the surrounding tourist areas in the mountains during the day. Definitely a first rate hotel and would stay here again next time we're in Da Nang.

We generally liked the rooms and the breakfast had a big spread. But some of us require Halal meals/ or at least no pork which was a bit of challenge. Maybe the hotel could have separate no meat egg station as well as have signs to indicate if there is pork (for instance the sushi was unmarked and it wasn't obvious that there was meat in it on the second day we stayed). The afternoon tea spread was quickly depleted and was not replenished in time even though the complimentary afternoon tea hour had not ended. But good hotel for cleanliness, location and general attentiveness of staff. Nice lounge on 22nd floor and nice infinity pool and terrace area. May consider coming back again if we are in Da Nang in the future, for these reasons.

It'd be hard for you to find a better hotel in Da Nang! The room we booked (partial view) was amazing - two bedrooms with their own ensuites, a fantastic balcony view overlooking the beach, and very practical kitchen facilities. The breakfast buffet also boasted an extensive variety of meals, from traditional Vietnamese beef pho to your standard bacon and eggs. Overall an incredibly pleasant experience for our family. We highly recommend A La Carte for your stay in Da Nang!

Smack in the middle of the city, it is a delightful place to stay like all Vinpearl hotels. The staff really work tirelessly to take good care of the guests. Ms Cam Nhung in particular, stood out. My phone ran out of credit. With a blink she uses her phone to recharge my phone balance. I When I wanted a nice seafood restaurant that is good yet inexpensive, again another staff recommended a nice place. The pools and sauna is really good. I cannot say anything about breakfast because I didn't book that option but I am sure it is just as fantastic like Hue and Can Tho VinPearl. The room size is huge (condotel) and it is well clean. Again, a newly open hotel (last year April 2018) it is adjacent to VinCom plaza which you can really enjoy varieties of restaurants and cuisines (east/west) plus groceries shopping. 6 nights is really not enough. Can't wait to go back again. Thank you to everyone at VinPearl Danang for an enjoyable stay.

My Mom and I had a very nice stay at White Sand Hotel and Apartment during our 3-day trip to Da Nang. The location is good: It's only a 5-min walk to My Khe beach and there are a number of restaurants nearby. I booked a Premium Deluxe Sea View and our room is spacious. Facilities are very new. Water heater, air-conditioner, wifi, etc. are all working fine. The buffet is also a plus point, all the dishes are tasty. The staffs at White Sand Hotel and Apartment are polite and helpful. Just a minor comment for improvement: having a doorman to help guests carry their luggage up the staircase will good. On the arrival day, my Mom and I had to carry our heavy luggage up the steps to get through the entrance door. We were quite surprised that there was no doorman there to welcome us. Overall, it was a nice and value-for-money stay. I highly recommend you stay here if you ever have a chance to visit Da Nang.

this is probably "the best" hotel in da nang, which unfortunately does not say a lot for da nang. it is rated 4 starts but fails to meet most international 4 star requirements. on the minus side: the decor was quite dated, the lights in the elevator went off while i was inside them and the lovely rooftop bar closes at a ridiculously early time of 11:30am. on a positive note: it is relatively clean, the rooftop cafe/bar had a great view and atmosphere, and the rooms are quite large. the staff is quite friendly but at times has difficulty understanding english.

This hotel is very new. About one month. That is why they do not have as many reviews. I took a chance and booked one night to see if I would like it and ended up staying a total of 3 nights. Everything here is so new and clean. The staff is very accommodating and was able to get me an ocean view room and very early check in. The staff is very professional and they really try to make sure you have an amazing stay. The pool is great and they have towels for you. Side note, do not try to take them from the pool because they are for the pool only. You will need to bring your own towels for the beach but the beach is literally across the street. They do however, give you sandals that you can wear to the beach. The breakfast is amazing and they literally have everything you can think of and is open from 630-10. I think the staff has been so great and helpful and I never hear them say no. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place for a few nights in Da Nang.5/5 stars

Absolutely perfect. Introduced with afternoon tea whilst our room was prepared, pool is picture perfect and the views were breath taking! The evening bbq in the beer garden was some of the best food we had whilst visiting Da Nang! The hotel offers a shuttle service as it’s a little out the way but the complimentary peddle bikes were perfect for an explore to the store. If you’re visiting Da Nang you must say here! Worth every penny and cannot wait to go back! 5* from start to finish

Our room (superior double, 25th floor, facing the bay) was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The oversized king bed was a luxurious dream come true. I should point out that, as others have noted, the room is a bit small, but for a couple like us it’s “cosy”. The rooms are very well soundproofed and you don’t hear any noise from the street below. (Do not underestimate the importance of this, as drivers here are constantly honking their horns, and the noise can drive you crazy). The cherry on top is a fantastic bar on the 36th floor, offering a spectacular view of the sunset over the city with the mountains in the backdrop. Happy Hour is 5-7pm daily with a great selection of draught and bottles craft beers at “buy one get one free”, and a free flow of snacks. Generally, hotel staff in Vietnam are very friendly and attentive, and here was no exception. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. The Sheraton Four Points is more like a business hotel, and although it faces the beach, if you are a family with kids you may want to consider a more “resort-style” place such as the Furama. Other reviews mention that the lifts are a bit slow, and we did notice that too. The hotel is very new, and exceedingly good value at around US$120 per night. For only a slightly higher price than the other “local” hotels that line the beach, you get 5 star luxury and an experience that is on a whole different level. We will definitely stay there again. Very highly recommended to anyone visiting Da Nang!

I was amazed at the elegant entrance and lobby. Beautiful sofa smells so good and so cold. I am really happy to choose this hotel. Great location and perfect for the beach lover. This hotel is the best among all beachside hotel in Da Nang because they offer a unique way of hospitality to satisfied customers vacation in Da Nang. During our check in I love the welcome drink, it's so refreshing. Staffs are very friendly and they will assist you until your room and explained any information about this hotel. I really appreciate the Afternoon Tea for free while you're staying this hotel. The time starts from 2 pm until 5 pm. The breakfast buffet was a great many choices of foods and I love the restaurant its very luxuries and so romantic. Very clean and well organized by the staffs. The swimming pool is great also. I recommend to everyone to try this hotel it's very exceptional. The room is very big space with a beautiful sea view. Elegant and luxuries and for sure you will enjoy while staying this hotel.

Such a great choice for this time stay in Da Nang, breakfast buffet is fine (specially for the 1st day im coming little bit late but staffs still serve with smiling face - i'm happy with this). All staffs was very nice service with friendly smile always. Facilities is good. Except last day when im check out, im rush for my flight but the reception girls didn't pay attention priority for mine even i had informed her at least 2-3 times, also for the bellboys - there was no any bellboys when im check out (was waiting 10mins for the taxi) - finally i had to bring by my-seft. Ps: i should give the tips for the staff served me in the Movie room but i forgot by then and cant see him when im check out (i will give him when im coming back next trip).

We are a group of two travelling through Vietnam. The hotel had a perfect location and offers to rent out fully insured motor bikes, which is a perfect way to get around the city. The staff was very helpfull with what ever your needs are. Especially a staff member named Chieu, I felt bad about how many questions I had about where things were and how to get there but she insisted she was there to help and always go me to where I had to go! To top it all off, I needed some sheets of paper printed off for work. She spent the time to print off all the forms I needed and packaged them up for me in a file. In conclusion, the staff, location, and facilities are exactly what you need to explore this very cool city!

The standard of Sun River was surprisingly pleasant and more comfortable compared to my other 2-3 stars accomodation in Vietnam. It boasted a high tech elevator, a clean reception and secure room door. It was a great relief from daily summer power cuts/ adhoc power cuts in other hotels/resorts in Hue / Hoi An. There was no power cut disruption and was a great place to chill from the hot summer weather. The room was spacious with large lcd tv, comfortable soft bed, adequately designed layout (there was a wall to block noises from the room entrance). Bathroom amenities were clean and complete. Has hair dryer, bathtub...toothbrush/gels etc. Breakfast was good with various local and western delights with a nice view of the Da Nang coastline. Dark coffee on the general in Vietnam, are much stronger. However do be patient with the hotel staff as their level of English aren't that good. There are not much things to see outside the hotel... as Da Nang looks more 'industrialized'.

It was lucky to stay in hotel during Vietnam public holiday as reasonable price. The hotel treats me full-board meal included, i was not expected the situation. Also, the staffs are very helpful to introduce us about hotel facility, Da-nang festival and restaurant nearby hotel. During staying, I got exorbitant demands from reception at 12am. the staff came to our room, and press the chime bell. the staff's demand was we need to be quiet. At that moment, we just talked on the bed and playing soothing music through phone. In the morning, I realized there was not soundproof facility in the room by room. Because I could hear formal conversation next room. Except then, there was awesome experience to stay in hotel. 체크인 할때의 경험도 상당히 좋았으며 방의 크기도 다른 베트남 호텥보다 훨씬 큰 편에 속했습니다. 또한 호텔안에서의 점심, 저녁 식사도 상당히 깔끔했으며 레스토랑에서 먹는 음식을 대접받는 느낌이었습니다. 조식이 나쁘다는 평이 많은데 생각보다 나쁘지 않습니다. 다만, 소음에 예민하신분은 방을 선택하실 때 고려하셔야할 듯합니다. 방의 층고가 높다보니 옆 방의 대화가 얼핏 들릴 수가 있습니다. 그 것만 빼면 숙박 자체는 아주 좋은 경험이었습니다.

Spent 4 fabulous days here. Would not stay anywhere else in Da Nang: Best staff, great beach, top service, great rooms, etc... However, given that most guests are tourists/on vacation, why on earth would you stop breakfast at 10am? And that was Regency Club! That was the only disappointing element of the stay. This is all too common in resort hotels, and seems to demonstrate a greater important on yielding staff rather then giving the guests a little more chance of going at their own speed during downtime....

The best hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature of Da Nang. Especially, the sea in the private beach is so transparent and totally differ the from the other beachs in Da Nang. The staffs are well trained and have a lot of hospitality. Ms.Kim who speaks Japanese fluently is so friendly and can be a perfect concierge for Japanese and Korean tourists. Also,at the airport, some staffs, Ms.Anh, Ms.Nhi, and Mr.Hien kindly took care of me for departure. If you want a perfect stay in Dang, I strongly recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for our first trip to Da Nang. We also travelled with my parents, as well as my in-laws. All 6 of us could agree that we very much enjoyed our stay at Satya Da Nang Hotel. My husband booked this hotel without any recommendations, and thus we we had our reservations. However, the customer service at this hotel was AMAZING. They were really patient with us, going through the different recommendations for attractions. They also assisted us in organising private transportation to and from our destinations. The rooms and beds were very clean and comfortable. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend this place. Thank you Satya for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable.
