Apartments in Penang

"Firstly, I had stayed at this hotel together with my family members from 15 to 20 May 2019 and I must say that this hotel really made us feel like home. Not only are our apartments very spacious which provides us with more than enough space to place our belongings and also walk around comfortably but our apartments were also very clean and tidy. The simple wooden design of our apartments also gave us a very relaxing vibe. Most importantly, every apartment comes with a living room, a bedroom and an ensuite bathroom which is hard to find in Penang at an affordable price. Secondly, this hotel is being situated in George Town which makes travelling to many must visit places in the vicinity so much convenient. We are all very impressed with the automated carpark system in this hotel as well (the first of its kind in Penang). Lastly, the staff members working in this hotel were all very polite and friendly during our stay there. Will definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again =D"

"Strategic place which is in town so it’s convenient for us to visits places in Penang. Breathtaking view from each rooms day & night, relaxing mind even it’s right in the city. However the spiral way to the parking was not a really nice experience, but still can accept it as it is just a short moment cause once you go in the unit it’s a jaw drop gorgeous! Overall we are very much satisfied with the unit and definitely will stay here for our next visit in Penang. Thank you to the friendly owner too for her kindness & hospitality. "

This is not a hotel, is a personal properties that lent out like airbnb, so dont expect 24hr services like u get in hotel Good : Located in a very strategy place, near to gurney drive and george town. It might seen very far from penang hill on the map, but it is actually just 15 mins drive!! Room is super clean, it come with two room and one toilet. One room is attached with the toilet so it can consider is a shared toilet. Each room equip with fully functional air conditioner. Living room also got one air conditioner, super cold even in 3pm! The person in charge Uncle pang is a very nice person, surround the building got many parking but Uncle pang can reserve one parking for you too! Others : Microwave, fridge, Television with DVD player(No remote control for DVD player, so use ur phone instead. ) Bad : Since the toilet is a shared toilet, the toilet door should be can lock on both side, to protect privacy. The room attach to it cannot lock the door inside the room. The curtain of each room windows is drop down style, so it cant fully hide from outside, u can see through the room via the side of windows. Hence, privacy is not protected well enough. U can stick it to the wall by using tape though Anyways, I will still recommend to my friends but will recommend more if the windows curtain issue fix first!"

"from outside it looks like old place, but inside all is good, modern, clean, full equipped apartment.. in front of adventist hospital, for who want to go there, just across the street.. the host also available and helpfull.."

"Since this property is still new hence all the furnitures in the room are still new even the water in the bathroom smells a bit weird (probably from the new piping) but I don't really mind about that. Everything was great, swimming pool is nice and the view from our room is superb (sea view and its amazing). The only downside is that they does not provide breakfast probably because it is a new building so they dont have that amenities yet. You have to eat somewhere nearby. If you own a transport it would be easy for you, if not you might have some problem to find where to eat. Anyway, I will definitely going to stay here again if I'm back in Penang. Recommended!"

"I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of this Hotel- I often travel to Penang and have stayed in quite a variety of places- I would say this is one of the best and for a good price. Easy to reach by bus. Pool usually good- fitness center was closed for repair. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. I'd recommend it and come again!"

"Our stay was pleasant. The unit is clean and comfy. Beds and toilets were all good. Econsave is just 2 mins walking distance to the apartment, so thats nice. Few minor hiccup we faced during our stay was: 1. WiFi internet quota was not reloaded so we could not use its internet for the first night. Host was responsive and quickly resolve the problem though. Thanks for that. 2. There elevator from parking lot to the unit was having some problem. We had to take the stairs (from level 1 to ground floor) and take the elevator from there. Was a bit annoying that we had to do this everything we parked the car lol. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The view also very nice. You can see Penang island from there. Its really nice. Facilities, swimming pool also nice. My kids would enjoy that if they were with me. So, definitely recommended to anyone travelling to Butterworth. No need to stay in Penang island lah :)"
