Apartments in Phuket

"I have stayed at many hotels in Phuket, but this was my first time at the BYD Lofts. The apartments are beautifully designed and furnished, with all the amenities you could ever need. Modern and spacious throughout. It had the feel of living in a luxury condo with the added benefit of having all the hotels services at your call. The staff were excellent, most helpful and friendly - sure this is what you expect in most Thailand hotels, but at the BYD Lofts the atmosphere created gives a more relaxed and personal feel to the whole place. I will definitely be staying at the BYD Lofts during my future trips to Phuket."

"Upon arrival, we are met by the concierge staff was there to welcome us. The front-line staff greet us with a beautiful smile and they are very professional in handing of our request. We do not have any problem with our check-in. The housekeeping staff handle our rooms very well for our 4 days stay. We also like the mini-mart staff who has helped me in chasing the dog away as I am afraid of dogs. The cafe staff always greet us with a great smile. The cafe served a good spread of breakfast and we really enjoy the breakfast very much. Both my hubby and I will come to Best Western Allamanda Laguna Phuket Hotel in July 2010. Looking forward"

"We had an amazing stay at this apartment. Very clean, cosy, quiet. Food and other facilities were walking distance away. So far the best hotel we stayed in phuket so far. "I really enjoyed staying at X10 suites. The staffs are very welcome us and very helpful. they didn't have breakfast included but you can order from the menu that they offer. It's a little bit far away from everything it would better for you to rent a car. They provided kitchenette for you to cook. I suggest to drive to Rawai Sea food market to buy sea foods and ingredients then back to cook at hotel. The hotel is beach front so you can walk to the beach overtime you want. The thing that i really impressive is that I forgot a swimming shorts at hotel and they helped to send it back to me. Thank you so much I really appreciated it. If i have a chance to go back to Phuket I will stay here again for sure. "

"The hotel is in the Surin / Bang Tao area.. it is a very good location if you wish to visit some of the upscale beach clubs in Phuket (most are only around 10min drive away). Nearby beaches are beautiful, and village towards bang tao charming. Staff is helpful and hotel is only 8 months old, so everything is very nice and new. Decent value for money in general.. and very good value compared to some of the other branded hotels in phuket. I would return any time!"

"The best place I have stayed EVER in Phuket-did not want to leave even to go into Patong ! A very high end small luxury resort that only opened earlier this year Stylish design high end decor , lovely pool area And honesty box for drinks which at just 50 baht for all beer is a great touch This is one resort where they honestly care about their guests and cannot do enough for you rather I will certainly be back very soon ! "We booked this one just a day before arriving based on customer feedbackso were not sure how the accomodation would be. After our arrival, we had to wait for some time and had to call their hotline for the receptionist to come to give us the key. We were thinking that may be we did a mistake booking this as if there is no one to receive us, how would be the room. However it was a great surprise once we got checkedin and entered the apt. The apartment was very spacious and surrounded by lush greenary. It had kitchen with utensils and most important thing, it was very clean the way we wanted ! The pool is small but very nice, it is quite deep so hope most of you guys would enjoy. We did not get a chance to have breakfast as we had planned for early morning excursion trips to Similan Location wise it is around 15 mins away from beach so yeah it doesnt have direct beach acces but never mind nor does have double tree or twin palms which are very costly compared to this one. Tips: if you know how to drive a bike, take your driving license with you so that you can easily go to and fro from beach, the rent usually is cheap, 300 bhat or so. Also for indian vegetarians, there is a indian restruant "family restruant" around one km or so ahead of hotel on a street which is on left to the main road , near NOK & JOs board. There is a spa just at exit of condo "green spa". This was ok and you can get some discounts too if you go regularly. They also book cabs for airport transfer or seeing city or patong beach or areas like bangla road Room tip: the one with more green view or pool view is ok. "
