"The best part for staying here is that you save your walk with luggage being just 5 mins from St Lucia Station, although it would be a bit far from other main attractions but that’s what Venice is all about , once the luggage is off you, you can walk across the city , get lost , get found and repeat! The facilities and cleanliness is amazing, book a studio or apartment with kitchen facilities , also ask for a room upstairs as the non - sound proof floors can make your stay a bit noisy, courtesy people living above you!"

"Exactly what we wanted, cheap, convenient and comfy. They gave detailed instructions on how to get there and although it does not look like a hotel it's still easy to find if you follow the instructions. The rooms are nothing fancy but are clean and comfy, what more do you want. The bathroom was spotless and we shared it with only one other couple. The WiFi works really well. Breakfast is not included and from what I saw I wouldn't personally recommend it, go into Venice for a coffee and pastry instead! Location is great, we walked all over this fantastic city, with a map they kindly provided. I would advise you keep the Windows shut as it lets mosquitoes in the room, they have air conditioning although we didn't need it. Enjoy your stay this place is great value for money and the staff are friendly "

"We were abit bizzare as we do not know venice is inaccessible using car as we rented a car to drive around italy. We need to park our car at piazza roma and take taxi (boat) or bus (boat) to rialto. Bus boat fare is at euro 7 per pax. we have 4 adults so its euro 28. the taxi is per trip euro 50 so we choose taxi as we are handling with big luggages. Upon reaching at rialto bridge, access to the hotel takes around 5 mins walk or estimated 300 - 500 metres not so far. We arrived late and missed the check in time, the staffs are pretty cooperative and well arranged key to access our room. There is a balcony and nice river view. Overall is a pretty decent stay."
