We had booked this large apartment because we wanted space and that it had a pool. The pool was closed for the winter without the owner notifing us. When we came we had to clean the whole place. But they answered quickly and sent someone to help with the cleaning.
We had sweet time here. The view of Ha Long Bay from my bed was amazing. The apartment had everything we need for a perfect stay. Host was very communicative and helpful.
