Apartments in Heathrow

"No air condition .. no even a fan and the temperature was 30 outside.. couldn't stay I left directly and I've booked another hotel .. the hotel in the middle of now where and no sign at all !!! I mean the fan cost 10 pound and the sign is not worth a thousand pound !! definitely the worst hotel I've ever seen "

"A very nice stay. A beautiful apartment with everything you need. No curtains in the front room ?! It was a little tricky locating and the directions given were not handy at all, but the staff are pretty helpful and friendly. Would stay again :)"

"Property was fine in itself, looked OK when entering and close to the airport. Concierge at the property was totally unhelpful and their English was poor. Had no patience and did not have answers to any questions other than to tell me to get in touch with my booking agent. No information about the property available. Did come back quickly when submitting questions online but no information about dropping off keys and parking permit. Had to ask about parking permit, information was not given. No general information available in the apartment such as wi-fi password. Had to go hunting for the router. Was OK for one night but would not have wanted to stay longer. Bathroom was nice and modern and apartment looked modern and nice but beds were uncomfortable and it was a little grubby in places. Cobwebs on light fitting and skirting boards dusty. Only 2 out of 6 light bulbs working in living area. If attention paid to these points it would have been great as apartment itself was nice."
