I was very sure I booked the one with breakfast but when I looked into the final email sent to me after my booking, it says there no breakfast included. I'm not sure how it happened, probably I was just careless, but I was confident I booked with breakfast included since I was traveling with my son and that's one of the first thing I always consider. Also, there was no indication anywhere that when you check-in, they will require you a cash bond of an amount equivalent to your booking. I was just surprised since I did not expect it. Plus, I was thinking, for those who travel on a budget, that cash bond is going to be an unpleasant surprise. I hope they put that in their listing so people who will book will know ahead that there are things like that. Otherwise, the room/unit is superb and exceeded my expectation. We only stayed for 6 hours max but I wish I could've enjoyed the place more :) Next time.

We loved our stay in Siglo Suites so much! This hotel with serviced apartments is located in very safe Makati area, literally just a few footsteps from Century City Mall. This location offers you possibility to walk for breakfast and coffee to one of plenty malls cafes and do necessary food/ other shopping here. The apartment has everything we could think of! After 16 days spent on different islands of Philippines (without internet access and other amenities) we loved and enjoyed the comfort so much! Especially Smart TV with Netflix access made me feel like home:) Most of the apartments offer stunning views, the hotel personel is nice and helpful. Amazing value price!

This was the best stay I had in Manila over my 11 day visit. I stayed at the Knightsbridge for 4 nights. The building is nice & fancy with good facilities (especially the gym) and clean/modern lobby etc. The room itself has everything you need, solid and fast WiFi, lots of channels (if you watch TV), comfy bed, modern and quiet AC, full kitchen. I don't understand this trend with fancy places deciding to be more "western" and not install a bidet. It is very wasteful and just not practical. Location wise, you have a 7-11 downstairs and an endless amount of fantastic restaurants within walking distance.

When renting any apartment at this 4 tower complex, know in advance that the apartments are all privately owned and it is a bit like air b and b. Send a message in advance to owner what time you are coming and checking out so they are ready to meet you at lobby. That being said. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Bed good, bathroom enough. living space just right for 1 or 2 people. TV chanells were just enough english to satisfy me. never tried the pool but it looked ok. These towers are attached to a small mall, with a nice supermarket, and 7 elevens are not far away. I would rent again this same unit no problem. Complaints. Even though there is a 2 burner stove with ventilator hood, there was nothing allowing me even to make eggs and bacon or even toast bread. If you are going to have a serviced apartment, then furnish it with 3 pans(various , some wooden spoons for cooking, a small dish rack to dry dishes. Bathroom sink water pressure was not there when you flush toilet.

TV with large screen, cable TV and wifi connection.A little bathroom with shower. The apartment has linen, towels and soap so in case you don't have yours, you can also use them. It is clean but some little ants are in the bathroom (and the floor is 18). Location is fantastic, few minutes walk from Greenbelt shops, Landmark and Glorieta mall. It is also available a pick up and drop off service from/to NAIA. Our stay there was short but absolutely without any trouble.For sure in my future Manila visites, I will stay in an Alcoves apartment.

I couldn't be any happier with the staff here. Definitely a 5 star experience and I will most definitely be staying here again next year!! But good enough for a family of 3-4, esp with smaller kids. Somebody was in the unit waiting for us to show us around and give the rundown of the unit/rules/policies. The couch could turn into a pull out bed, which our son used (& loved lol). The bathroom was clean with sufficient warm water (for those of us who are used to taking warm/hot shower). The BONUS was the cleaners that came every other day at no extra cost. There was also a laundry shop conveniently located in the 7th floor (unit is in the 21st). Everything was within walking distance -- convenience store (Mini Stop), massage places, Glorietta/Greenbelt, Landmarl, Starbucks, fast foods, and restuarants. Worth the money and definitely.would recommend!

There were 5 of us in this trip, so it was very fitting that we had a 2 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people. I find that hard to find in Manila, and was very thankful that it was a good apartment at that! A good sized kitchen, with electric stove, fridge, microwave and well, a well-equipped kitchen. There were 3 toilets, 2 baths. I love the no-key arrangements, just key in the numbers, which is awesome when you are travelling in a group and don't necessarily go out together at the same time, all the time. The master bedroom was en suite and they provided the standard shampoo(absolutely love their shampoo, in fact I e-mailed them asking for the brand of shampoo they provided! haha) and soap. The other bedroom had bunk beds. The living room has a pull-out couch and it is an open space connected to the dining room and kitchen. The hi-speed internet is great, and nice cable tv too. The cleaner comes every other day, but we did not get to see them as we were only there for 2 nights, so it wasn't necessary. To sum up, yes I will come back! =D

Upon arrival we waited for almost 2 hours before we were given service. It took multiple calls to the room owner and agoda customer service before we were given attention and priority. Upon further discussion, they provided us with a room but we had to wait yet again. When the staff finally approached us, and brought us to the room, we were mortified to find that it was still being cleaned while we were in the room. In the morning around 10am, we were surprised that there were no electricity. we had to go down to the reception yet again to have our room checked and that's when we found out that our electricity was prepaid and ran out of load that's why we didn't electricity. On a positive note, The room was acceptable and the owner gave us permission and revoked the check out time and allowed us to check out anytime of the day we wished. Besides that when we were out of electricity, they were kind enough to move us to a better room although they could have done that earlier than that. As much as the place is good, I don't recommend it for people who books within the spur of the moment.

My room was like studio condo unit, one room kitchenette with bath. Styling very basic not luxury. Clean. Best thing is location. One block from P. Burgoes street. Plenty of restaurants in are. Good access to taxis. Always ask, for regular taxi, use meter. Do not be pressured into set rate, usually much higher. Take different taxi if driver insists on set rate. From the website we checked (mobile phone) there was no mention of the extra payment, have I known this... will never book the place. We complained about it but we’re shown pics of agoda mentioning the extra payment(desktop version). Misleading. And to top it all, they have sent messages to each other making fun of the complaint (wrongly sent msg to my number). Then we decided to pay the extra P150, you have to contact admin office, pay then voucher issued and allowed guest is as per unit!!! Only 2 guest allowed in the pool for a one bedroom. Irregardless if you booked the room 2 adults and 2 kids. Only 2 have to go swim!! Wow. With all the hassle we’ve been through just to access a pool, just book another condotel nearby with the same price and amenities. Only plus for this place is the location and the SM supermarket/restaurant down the building.
