Tried to contact the management of the apartment, not so responsive. Check in via given codes through email. Going in and out of the apartment will be using the codes given. My code to gain entrance to my apartment was supposed to change on my check out day but it was changed the night before checking out without being informed. A little disappointed.

I think in one of the comments stating there was some smell in the apartment. Not sure it was bleach or smell from the sewage, but it was definitely contained within the toilet. The house was sparking clean, bed made nicely, table wipe clean. The apartments had been refurnished best to their effort, was repainted, flooring carpeted. Clean towels for everyone, soap were provided in packs. Kitchen had clean utensils, we stayed 4 days and the 3rd day cleaners came to clean it. On our last day, we forgot to take our plush and they took it for it and kept it in the office till we took our luggage from them. Thank you George and the staff!

We decided a 2 bedroom apartment was a suitable option for all of us to stay together. The location in Bayswater was fantastic......in a lovely, upmarket area with lots of restaurants and bars and close to public transport. There was a supermarket literally 100 metres away which was great as we could self cater if we wished. The apartment itself was very clean and had all of the mod cons - tv, wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The beds were super comfy as well. We really couldn't fault the place. The only thing we found unusual was not getting the actual address from the property manager before we arrived. We were told to meet at a particular location and then we would be accompanied to the property. I had difficulty in making contact with the property manager via phone due to the different country and area codes, but this was more my issue than the property's. Overall, loved it!

The apartment had all the conveniences we needed with start-up soap in the bathroom (which was tiny) and dishwashing detergent in the kitchen. Coffee and tea sachets were also provided which we didn't expect. The elevator did not always function so we had to take stairs most of the time. The beds were comfortable and the apartment comfortably warm in December. The adjoining streets were lined with restaurants, shops, pharmacy, and supermarkets and the street were the apartment was located was wide and nice.

Yes, there are stairs to climb but tbh, unless you have mobility issues or a baby to carry, that's not a big deal. We were in flat 8 on the top floor - great views! - and could not believe how nice it was: lovely big bed, leather settees, walk-in dressing room with extensive wardrobe space, and a huge, luxurious bathroom with power shower. Just incredible. When I booked this place, I thought the price was suspiciously cheap for central London, and was worried that there would be something wrong with it. Nothing could be further from the truth - it was perfect. My daughter and I stayed for three days in May and had a great time. This apartment is AMAZING. Thanks!

My booking is 29/12 - 2/1. When I arrived on 29/12 evening but found that the room and check in by other customer. Contacted hotel and they said in their record our check in is 30/12 -2/1. I have to find my place to stay at last minute on 29/12. I had told the hotel and show my booking and payment but they said is Agoda system problem. So left our bags there and came back later to check in. *You have to register at 55 Hyde Park Suites and they will assign you to a diff unit along the road (3mins walk). Close to two Underground Stations(5mins walk) and many restaurants around and being Malaysian, the Malaysia Hall is just a 5 mins walk away. Hot water was available. We have to thank the nice lady in charge (if im not mistaken Maria) for allowing us to keep our bags at the hotel. The other guy with the dark hair i have to say is a bit rude. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return in the future.

The apartments are in a very good location, a short walk from underground station but you can also walk to the main museums (less than 30 minutes). Right across the road from an entrance to Hyde Park and easy access to restaurants and shopping on Kensington High Street. I recommend writing ahead to make sure someone is there to check you in because there is no reception desk (the small office is outside and downstairs below street level).

Only 4 spoon though a lot of forks and no cutting board but enough plates. glasses and mugs for 8 pax More than enough towels and clean sheets & beds comfortable . Have a terrace which the big boys enjoy staying out in the cold though its not maintained well enough. We stayed there for 2 weeks and pleasantly surprised that midweek, they came to change the sheets, towels & clean the apartment. Strong Wifi and when we call to complaint about heater not working, it was attended to fast. Checking in & out is easy.

This is will affect and distort the application reputation and any deal with it in future. These type of applications shall protect and guarantee the customer rights , and if you want to be sure, you can ask me directly.

The facilities are good enough for the break except that the internet wifi is only available in the area of the bedroom. Perhaps the TV can be equipped with Sky Pack network. Kitchen, laundry machine, refrigerator functioning well. We feel good especially the living area which is very spacious with high ceiling. We will be happy to stay in Lancaster gate for our next trip.

Even The property company claimed that they didnt have this paddington apartment. We were scammed, and the property company didnt help us to refund our money, but Agoda helped us in the end.
