"Biggest plus is the size 20m2 the standard, 24m2 the deluxe.It's actually a service residence not a simple hotel room with a kind of kitchen, a separate sleeping room and - the best part a large balcony. Very central (Hamamatuscho) so location is excellent. Haneda Airport is very close. Bad part is the hotel is back to back with the Yamanote Line which guarantees the noise of a bypassing train every 30 seconds (except from midnight to 6am). Plus Shinkansen and Monorail to the airport. It's not 100% new so don't expect 5 star hotel conditions. That said since it's Japan the hotel is clean as it can get of course."
