The two staffs I met, they are not professional.”
I requested them that I need the receipt when I checked in and checked out, I haven’t received anything until now. Also, they asked me to pay twice both of check in and out because “they said” it seems declined. If it was declined, they should tell me in the beginning.

Great Hotel, Great Location”
Situated a short walk from Queen Street Station, the hotel is handy for restaurants and shops while just a short taxi ride from the SSE Hydro and other concert venues. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was well appointed and well maintained. This is an excellent hotel.

Clean and well appointed rooms”
I spent 13 days at the Apex in June/July 2018 and enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were bright and clean and comfortable. The sky tv was great , although my father who was in a different room did have problems with his tv. The view from the window was nice. Breakfast was good if a little expensive. The staff were always very helpful and friendly. I would stay there again.

Nice rooms but loud on Fridays”
Our room was right above the kitchen area and dining, so the live music came through the floor that night, as well as clanging and bumping from the kitchen until late in the night. The bathroom still had hair in a few places and the toilet had not been cleaned. The staff was very nice, and the room stayed very cool during a warmer summer night. Great bed and lots of space in the room. Even had an iron with a timer. Spacious bathroom with nice amenities. Not in the best part of town but a convenient location nonetheless.

Great hotel for a welcome to Scotland”
We travelled as a party for an event being held at a larger hotel.Being unable to book a room at the larger hotel we decided to stay at the Apex as it was close to the event .We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed .The staff were really friendly and helpful,We had a wonderful time and everyone agreed that we should return to the Apex at another time .

Great central location, average rooms”
Centrally located hotel, with discounted car park facilities which is very handy. Hotel didnt have our booking, and I did'nt think the staff handled it as well as I would expect (somewhat rude). Decor downstairs is nice, but room decoration were somewhat sub-standard for a boutique hotel. Room was clean, and spacious. We were booked into a room with four beds, (2 doubles, 2 singles) so was spacious but somewhat cluttered with the amount of furniture in the room. Bathroom was standard and clean. Breakfast was average, although there was not a huge selection available. WiFi available for free - bonus!
