Very affordable rate. You get more than what you paid for because of the superb customer service! Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location because it's near the airport and it is just a few kilometers from the city and other destinations in Daraga. The third floor has a view of Mayon. Rooms are clean. Will definitely stay here again when we travel back to Legazpi.

The room was clean, including the comfort room. Though, hot shower wasnt that hot, it was just lukewarm. Bfast was good too. Very satisfied for its price. Next time will try their massage.

The room was clean, but don't expect a window view, unless you get the 5th floor suite. If you are in Legazpi for sightseeing, this place is all you need. Though don't expect a 4 star quality but the staff does try to please every guest. You get more than you pay for the price. The third floor Patio has a great view of Mayon Volcano.

Apihap is quiet hotel, it’s far from the city but near airport and other places to visit within albay. Staffs are very accommodating and they exerted an effort just to provide our needs (Thanks to Roosevelt and Jocelyn). We tried their spa, but it’s so so.. they need to improve it. Overall, our stay in Apihap hotel is worth the price. Salamatun, God Bless! :)

Quiet and Peaceful ”
Pros- the room is clean including the restroom. Very accessible if you have your own car without the city traffic jams. very affordable with free breakfast. waking distance to some local stores and eatery if needed including laundry shops and water station. Quiet and peaceful place. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Public transport can be expensive if you use the tricycles due to distance to the city center, breakfast can be improved specially if the selection included local foods, it may also add to customer satisfaction if there is hot water for coffee even for the standard rooms. But overall, it was a great stay, we will definitely come back here.

Very accommodating staff. Room is quite small but clean including the bathroom. The location is just not good for commute since jeepneys plight the route only until 8 or 9pm. After that you need to rent a tricycle. But if you have vehicle, parking is provided and taken care of by the staff. Included breakfast is good and better than nothing.
