Affordable nice resort”
place is clean and aesthetic, they have good accomodating staff, especially like that they gave water tumblers as souvenir :))..only issue is the water heater seems not to work but overall, recommended

It is the same as what you see online. It is beautiful plus walking distance to bars, restaurants and convenient stores, It has the best location. The staff are super duper nice, became friends with one of them. The only bane it is a Sea-view, there is no beach but still gorgeous and instagrammable

Good place to stay in siargao. Room smells terrific. Daily housekeeping. After long hours travelling in the island you will return to a nice clean room. They also have free bike that you can borrow for free. Good cable tv. Nice bathroom.

This place is situated just walking distance of surfing areas and night hub. The staff are awesome and polite, even they’re understaff but still they manage to keep up the place. I love the concept of the resort it has a different ambience compared to the typical siargao resort. Due to typhoon last year, this place needs extra attention to bring back its spark;)

No wonder why people (esp. from Manila) don’t wanna leave Siargao and just stay here for good. Because Siargao has alot to offer, simple life, Awesome people, Fantastic food, Amazing ambience the beaches are just Stunning the way it is🥰 It is indeed a Magical Island 😍 and because of that, we are already planning our nxt trip 😊😂 Also I would like to Thank Apsaras Tribe Siargao for accommodating us since Day 1, we had the best service, Very comfy and relaxing room, with awesome view. Very good price for all the facilities”
The hotel facilities are really good compared to other hotels with a very good price. The pool area is nice and on the rooftop you are inbetween palms and have a stunning view. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is a bit asian, so do not expect too much. The only thing we didnt like was the fact that all over the hotel room there was moth larvae on the wall. As we only stayed for two nights we didn’t care about that. Internet is quiet slow.

The location is nice .. the staff is nice too But the pool you cannot swim it dirty only the frog can swim… it’s not ideal for children to stay its because dangerous to fall down they just use the wood as stepping as ladder to go to room its not friend for children … the breakfast is limited too but so far so good

Hyped expectations”
We are a group of three on travel for leisure (though we also plan to do work while on this trip). Our requirement for the accommodation is to have a beachfront with a pool. Though Apsaras have a beachfront but is not suited for swimming, still the pool tempted us to book the place. We booked for a 5 days-4 nights accommodation. Sadly, we only got to use the pool the day before our flight as the "pool is under treatment". We have to ask three times within the period when the pool will be available for use. For the rest of our stay, here are our pros and cons. Pros - Great staff, friendly, and accommodating. But you have to ask them for things that supposedly should be the norm. - Location is quite good enough, not too far from the main town (about 3.5km) and Cloud 9 Surfing Area (about 1.3km away) and it is just along the activity strip. - Great interiors. Rooms come with an AC, fridge, TV, drinking water, and bathroom vanities (except that we have to ask for toothbrushes as there are none available) - Complimentary drinking water is available but you have to bring the reusable water bottle to the restaurant. Cons - The place needs to have some maintenance done to keep the entire facility up. - No available toilet in the lounge area (there are gender-based toilets but both are currently out of service) - No shower area before dipping in the pool. Again it is out of service. Unsure - Food. We only had breakfast in their restaurant area as we are out most of the day and had dinner somewhere else. - Internet/wifi. I know I read that they have but it is not included in their room guides. We need to do some work while on this trip. It is good enough we brought gadgets for connectivity that allowed us to do work. - Housekeeping. I am not really sure if they do regular housekeeping even if not asked to. Though we do not expect that they will change the sheets or towels, at least they could wash some of the used cups or replenish shower gels and shampoo daily. I ha

I had stayed 2x here in the past prior to the pandemic and it is still great although maintenance of the area had been minimal due to the pandemic with low occupancy rates everywhere but staff were excellent.

Friendly staff. The hotel is in falling apart and was not able to recover yet from the typhoon Odette. Rooms are clean but very tight bathroom but acceptable.

Stayed here twice already and i can say the place is nice. The place and rooms are clean but sometimes there's an unexplainable smell when you are in the lobby. The staffs are very accommodating. They need to add a bidet. Washing after doing 1 and 2 is a super hassle! Overall, our stay was great.

Great hotel but not well maintained”
To be honest, this might be an isolated case for the room I was given, but I was sort of disappointed with the fixtures in the toilet and bathroom being full of hardwater stains and showing rusty portions. I feel like the room was not used in a long while, I even had to force the height adjustment of the shower down just because it would not budge easily. Other aspects of the room are fine. I was just really disappointed with the feeling that the room was not being maintained properly especially for the price, as this is not a cheap hotel. The pool was cool looking but I was not able to use it as the tours were all day long and the pool closes at 9 PM. I hope they adjust this, as I think a lot of people would want to go for a dip in the pool at night beyond the current pool hours. The beach is a nice place to hang out but can’t really do any swimming. Breakfast was okay, good actually, but can get repetitive. Otherwise, it is an okay place, I feel like when it first opened it really was a great place, but some of the rooms are not as well maintained as the others. I hope this can be resolved, as they are asking for premium prices for your stay.

Good hotel but needed improvements”
Too pricey for what it is. If half price then yes recommended. Apsara is a good 3 star hotel that offers a clean room with good AC, ropes, toiletres, and tv in room. Bed is comfortable. Pool looks ok but honestly not inviting. Breakfast staff is rude. They don’t maintain property well so in a few years this place will totally run down. Kudos to cleaning staff great job!
