Stay at this property on 24 March, didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool as the weather is extremely cold and windy. The hotel does not have a reception and requires you to self check-in. The check-in details are sent via email. It is a quiet town and the view of the sea is good. Room is cosy and amenities is good enough.

Great location - near a lot of cafes & restaurants. Awesome view of the beach. However, we were not informed that the pool was not working. Breakfast was Korean Juk which tasted really good. Staff was helpful. Bedsheets were dirty upon check in. Bare essentials, don't expect fancy facilities.

1. Check-in experience - the procedure is very casual and without any instruction on how to contact the front office. As there is no in-house phone in our room even we locked in the room by the old-type door. And no response after we’ve tried to contact thru WhatsApp or we chat. 2. Breakfast service - the room rate was included 2 nights breakfast, the staff was informed to provide at 9 am, on the 1st day, the staff just knocked the door twice at 8 am while we’re sleeping, the next day the staff promised to deliver breakfast at 9 am, but still no breakfast for the whole stay! 3. Facilities- it doesn’t match with the photo on website as it’s quiet small and the facilities look so old that’s why the door lock is not functioning. 4. Communication- the staff with only have limited language in English, so they were unable to provide info about Jeju. No greetings at all or try to approach us for assistance proactively. We will not choose this as our accommodation for next journey!

Best service at the best hotel”
Aqua Beautique is a fantastic hotel located at the most beautiful area in Jeju. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. They offered everything that we needed. They had free wifi, all kinds of bath products, pool products, bicycles and toys for kids. We couldn't believe how much the resort offered for our kids to play. We were also impressed with the delicious breakfast, simple but very nice very asian. We really had a good time here!

This has been my second time staying at Aqua BEAutique the location is perfect if you want to break away from the busy island life. It's very quiet and clean I absolutely love it. I would however suggest that the pools should be heated but that's only because I've only ever experienced over cast weather on Jeju.

Perfect little hotel near a beautiful little beach”
Our experience in Aqua Beautique was excellent. The beach was beautiful and our room view was even better. The beach in front of the hotel is very appropriate for kids to play since it is not too deep and the waves are small. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby to enjoy jeju life but they close pretty early so might wanna eat and drink earlier that planned. definitely would recommend to our friends and fam.

Very Friendly and Helpful Staff”
The staff can speak good English. They are willing to offer help and give suggestions. The view is very nice and right next to the seaside (but a bit too close to the road). There are quite a number of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The villas is close to several major attractions too (within 10-30 minute drive). It is so nice to have BBQ by the poolside (right outside the room and next to the sea). Overall, I enjoyed staying in the Aqua BEAutique very much.

Modern poolvilla right infrontof a beautiful beach”
It was our first time in jeju Korea, actually first time in Asia at all. So we were a bit worried. But the staff were very gentle and kind and they spoke fluent English Chinese and Spanish and I don't know what else LOL. We were more impressed with the architecture. It's something people imagine but never really build. But they did it and it is awesome. The beach is like 5 minutes away and it's very very clear and beautiful. There are taco, chicken, bbq restaurants nearby the villa. We didn't rent a car but the staff helped us get cheap cabs and even gave us a ride once. The villa and pool are very small but big enough for a couple. We had the best time. No doubt it's a place you wanna go back to.

Relaxing”
Unfortunately for us there was a typhoon while we were there. But on the days where the weather was ok this is a beautiful relaxing location with great cafes and food around. You just need to know where to go. It is also close to quite a few attractions and the bus station about 10 minutes away (the owner actually drove us there the first time to show us where the station was). You can go to Seongsan in 20 minutes by bus and from there you can take the boat to Udo island. Just make sure you get a bus map and know where you want to go for sight seeing. The rooms are very spacious and enjoy the view of the ocean right when you get up. Supposedly you can buy meat and BBQ at your porch facing the ocean, but did not try this due to the weather. If you are looking to get away from it all, highly reccomend this place as I walk really able to just relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

I love this hotel so much and it's all my style. All of staffs are nice and helpful, they always try them best to providing good service as possible as they can. The hotel location is very convenient to Jeju famous places whatever by taxi or bus or even walking. There are several traditional and fusion Korean resturants , cafes surrending the beach( it takes about 10mins to walk there from the hotel),makes you feel very cozy and relaxing in there, What a nice place in Jeju !

We loved our stay at Aqua B. It was the best 3 days of this year. The hotel was very unique and beautiful. The design is something we never experience before. The view and the beach was the best weve experienced in a long long time. We just sat there and starred at the view for hours and hours. It was a good location to all the major tourist areas such as sun rise peak, aquarium and mazeland, and also 34km away from the airport which was just good enough. We would definitely choose this hotel or this beach area when we come back.

wonderful stay in Aqua Beantique”
It was really an awesome experience to stay at Aqua BEA for 2 days, the location for me is good, near woljeong-ri beach where I think has the most beautiful ocean view and the hotel decoration looks great too. For most important thing, I truly appreciated their good service during our stay, especially for Yo-mi, a lovely girl with sweet smile ^_^

Quaint little beach town ”
it is quite difficulty to find this place. We were self-driving and depended a lot on GPS to get us around Jeju (by inserting the place's landline number). Unfortunately, the hotel is too new for the GPS and so it doesn't work. We called the hotel but the staff had some difficulty speaking English. Eventually, we asked a local driver to help us key in the place in Korean language and that successfully pointed us to the right direction! The hotel has an amazing view of the beach and windmills, it is not exactly a villa as one would expect in the Thai islands, but we enjoyed ourselves. Many pubs, bars and coffee houses within 5-10 min walk. Mainly locals, not too crowded. There is even a surfing school for children/adults. The pool though requires additional 60,000w to heat up and clean. Pool closed during winter season. The microwave in the room came useful as we bought many supper snacks. Breakfast was simple Korean porridge, delicious but you maOy get bored after eating the same for consecutive mornings. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, a wonderful place if you like peace and quiet; it's a mild version of Mykonos of Northeast Asia.

Cool and stylish house with an amazing seaview!”
The beach is just in a short walking distance with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was very nice too. The location is perfect for visiting the attractions on the East of Jeju with the famous Sunrise Peak just around 30mins drive. I would definitely stay again the next time I visit Jeju!

Great Hotel, Service but Slightly Remote”
The manager is very attentive and spoke good English. She was brilliant in helping us in getting to the hotel. The location is quite remote and difficult to find. However I believe the trouble was justified providing the view and the comfort of stay. Only 15 minutes bus ride from the famous SeongSan mountain. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very pretty villa!”
This place looks just like the pictures on the page. Even the mini, private swimming pool and each and every corner of the room. Right after I booked the hotel online, I got a text message with my room number and passcode. I arrived there a bit late, but had no problem "checking in" by myself. The staff member who greeted me spoke fluent English and was very friendly. The view is fantastic. I could hear the waves all night at night, and in the morning, the view is just breath taking. Be sure to leave the blinds open ;) As you wake up, you will see the fantastic view with the ocean. As for the location, it's not nearby anything. I did not have a chance to explore stuff around the town, but it's not like 서귀포 or 제주시 area. If you want a quiet getaway, this is a perfect place for you. If you do not rent a car, you can take a taxi (costs around 30,000 won from the airport) or if it's during the day, you can easily hop on a bus. The only downside is the bed. The bed was dirty when I got there (found hair in my bed as soon as I got there) and the mattress is pretty firm. Surprisingly enough, I slept well (I am a light sleeper) despite all that. Probably because of the pretty room and the amazing view ;) The breakfast was not very impressive, and I would've wished if they had coffee and some toasts instead! Next time, I will probably bring some snacks and coffee for breakfast as they even have a microwave and a water boiler in the room. I would definitely go back there!

Very cool place”
This little hotel was amazing. Not only did they have a pool with such great view, they also had this asian porridge free breakfast as room service. That was an unforgettable experience. The beach right in front of the hotel was very beautiful and the staff were very helpful. Everything was amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Beautiful, clean but not worth the money”
dont get me wrong, aqua beatique is comfy, clean and in good condition for a new hotel. There's seaview and the pool villa is pretty awesome if not for the cold when i was there. However, in that long stretch along the beach, aqua beatique is located the furthest! So in order to have food you need to walk a bit of distance compared to other villas. It so happened to be raining and we were stranded at the hotel only with the choice of calling chicken as they didnt have extra brollies for us to borrow. Such a pity but overall, not worth the high price for the far venue (this is the most inconvenient part of jeju according to our taxi driver we hired for our tour).. Breakfast was just plain porridge two days in a row. Might be worth to pay a lil more for a more established hotel or wait until tht area ia more renovated as the alot of buildings nearby were still under construction.

Cozy Villa”
The views were awesome from the rooms. The staff were very helpful. The villa size is just right for couple. The only down side is the breakfast didn't really suit out taste and from the main door one can actually look into the toilet. Something needs to be done to that main door. Otherwise I had a very enjoyable stay.
