Outstanding traditional luxury”

Location perfect. Beautiful panoramic views from restaurants and bedroom. Traditional colonial luxury. Friendly staff fantastic would re visit.
Extra charge for some breakfast items additional to the bed and breakfast rate.

Stayed for the second time at the Atlantis. Staff were very accommodating and even got us a specific room we requested. Rooms were clean and tidy. Location is great! Perfect to walk to the town or the...
Some areas could be modernised but no issues.

I stayed for one night. Whilst the reception and breakfast areas are full of charm and period character, the room I stayed in was tired and in need of refurbishment.

Horrendous service, didn’t sleep a wink as our balcony door was broken and howling noise coming from it. We rang down at 3am no one could help, then requested a refund as awful sleep due to bad room ...

Exceptional”

Fantastic location short walk to beaches or main town restaurant was wonderful the breakfast best on the planet
Because it was busy we ended up with a twin room instead of a double bed

Lovely old seaside hotel, impressive decor, especially fine reception area, great views and friendly staff. Afternoon teas pleasant.
Parking rather haphazard around perimeter of hotel Only once in my 6 day stay was there a problem when it took fully 30 mins for breakfast service to arrive, resulting in a complaint from me

Bed and view
Paid for breakfast but found anything other cereal had a supplement. As if £15 wasn't enough. We were on the top floor and the lift was out of use

Very Enjoyable stay”

Room was clean and well presented, Hotel in good location
Due to COVID restrictions, some of the Hotels Facilities were not available, which was no fault of their own, but it would have been an even better experience if all facilities were available

All in all a good...”

Staff were first rate. Excellent. Great breakfast and very attentive staff.
Some parts of the room were a bit tired. Needs a refurb.

Location great facilities mainly closed which is understandable at the moment but should be on website before booking. Staff wearing masks under noses which is worrying.
Staff not great, facilities shut including lunchtime menu which should have been stated before booking.

Ideal location. Beautiful room and...”

Room was lovely and so es the view. We took the dog. A bed was provided unfortunately it was only suitable for a small/ medium dog. Bless him he tried to fit in it !!
The shower was far too hot and we struggled to get a good temperature. Be careful if taking children. Luckily we had a bath in our room.
