Passable”

Reception staff were brilliant and very helpful.
I left a brand new Superdry coat in the wardrobe by mistake. Wardrobe appears to have not been checked when cleaned. I never got the coat back.

Terrible place”

Nothing, not even the location, there are plenty hotels closer to the centre at the same price.
Badly run down, bar service at the discretion of the staff was declined (at 8pm). Very noisy. Pool is absolutely tiny and water looked grey. Had to change 2 dates because of lockdown and refund ...

Okay for a trip with...”

Bed sheets were crisp and white and towels super clean. Staff were friendly too and we enjoyed the breakfast.
The bathroom was just terrible, toilet wouldn't flush, rust on the old fittings, shower blocked and took forever to go down the plughole, just a bit manky.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely.

Really good”

The breakfast was lovely x location was spot on with a tram stop right outside. I was really impressed with our room and the kids loved it!
The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. All it needs is a bit of mould spray on the tiles in the shower and on the shower head and it will be spot on. I was tempted to do this myself. ...
