Best Hotel”
Why would you stay anywhere else? From arrival, the staff were polite, well presented & knowledgable. The entire hotel is of a very high standard of cleanliness (can’t speak for all bedrooms but ours was!) The breakfast choice was way beyond what we expected & was well stocked, food was replenished when half full rather than completely empty.. The facilities were appropriate for our stay, with-if, good shower, comfy bed, fluffy pillows. If we were to make one criticism - and this is our personal choice - the in room hot drinks facility is a small pod/cup machine & the pods aren’t labelled. Excellent attention to detail throughout

best place where stay for a weekend at Brighton”
I went there for a night with my gf during a trip in motorbike, however the parking was just on the corner next to the hotel, great staff nice clean room and perfect breakfast everything just with a few quid. for shore going to be my best place for stay in Brighton

Pleasant & practical”
Room pleasant, much the same as other large brand hotels in area. Staff very friendly. Breakfast plentiful & variety, clean & fresh room. Tea & coffee sachets in room are sparse. Shower excellent. Location minutes from sea & shopping centre. Lovely quiet room.

We live in Peacehaven but we're on a night out and rather than travel back home we stayed here as was going Xmas shopping next day, good place to stay, breakfast was plentiful and everything was clean, only gripe no bar lol Well done.

Excellent”
Lovely big room ,nice bathroom , tv, free wi-fi, fantastic breakfast and 24hour security and reception. The hotel was in a great location for the shops ,beach Lanes and Pavilion. Would definitely stay here again . Hotel was very clean and had screens etc. in place for COVID-19 also great set up in dining room were you ticked everything you wanted on the menu sheet and it was brought to our table. We felt everything possible was done to ensure we had a safe and pleasant stay .

Really good city centre hotel. Short walk away from the beach and close to everything. This hotel offers great accommodation for the price. The addition of a breakfast in the price is an added bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel. We have stayed at this hotel previously and will definitely will again.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location”
I would highly recommend this hotel as it is in a perfect location, just 2 min8walk to the beach or shopping mall. The staff were excellent and was always on hand to assist. The breakfast was very tasty.

Great price, clean, good location. Ticks the boxes. Oh, and a cooked breakfast included. Highly recommended.

It's genuinely hard to fault this hotel. The room was extremely well equipped for the price (fridge, coffee maker, safe, decent-sized wardrobe, large, flat-screen TV etc) and the staff members were all warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in my rate was superb too, with a wide choice of food (including cooked breakfasts) prepared and served by a very hardworking team. It might sound as if I have been paid to write this review, but I promise that I am just very surprised to have had such good service from a modestly-priced hotel.

Great location right in the city centre ”
Great location and had much promise; however the bed wasn’t very comfortable with too hard pillows. The door latches into place so loud that those coming into their rooms late at night wake you up as you can hear everything going on in the corridor. We were given breakfast with our stay, sounded promising, however the ingredients were so cheap it ruined it. There was no social distancing with the kitchen staff and no one was wearing a mask. They spoke over the food which made us all very uncomfortable considering there is a global pandemic going on! The overall service was fantastic though and can’t fault the staff for trying in these difficult times. It would just be a better experience if they kitchen and waiting staff were wearing masks. Overall, not a bad stay but for those light sleepers I wouldn’t recommend :)

Clean and comfortable ”
The hotel was perfect for what I needed, close to my training venue and with excellent amenities on the doorstep. I was really spoiled. The staff are lovely. Breakfast offers good variety. Yes, it’s noisy but bear in mind that Brighton is a noisy place and bring heavy duty earplugs. For this location you can’t grumble about the value for money! There’s a really nice little touch as you pad through the lounge on your way to the lift and stairs, which is urns filled with fruit and mint infused water. Really thoughtful. My superior room was a great size and worth the upgrade. I’d recommend the hotel to others.

Very good for budget hotel”
Was basic, but clean. Great location but there are homeless people camping nearby. Staff were all excellent. Very friendly and obliging, letting me leave my case before and after check in which some hotels aren’t doing at the moment. Checked in a few hours early with no extra charge. Felt safe there with Covid situation. Room was nice, and shower worked well. Drawback is the noise- doors slamming, loud voices and everything echoes as there are no carpets in the room. Would I stay there again? - Yes, I would if on a budget although would prefer more quiet and comfort if possible. Very good value.
