Everything you want from a hotel. Clean, great location, lovely shower, nice bar area, a walk to the bullring, libruary etc but also close to the motorway for getting to other places and towns. The staff were friendly. Everything seemed new in the room. The room is not massive, but we had ample space. I would definately stay there again and recommend to others :)

Second time we’ve stayed here after a festival. Great location, great facilities and always enjoyed it here. Good value for money and staff are lovely. Would recommend!

It is definitely value for money, easy to get to and not far from the town centre. Easy check in, rooms nice and tidy, friendly staff.

7 mins without traffic to the centre (Bull ring , the O2, food etc ) nice quiet hotel for 1-2 nights”
Needs an iron in the room but other than that has what you need for 1-2 night stay. Hotel and room is clean , fairly quite , heating in room is adjustable and bed is comfortable.

Very pleasantly surprised ”
I had read lots of very disappointing reviews on my way to the hotel but I was very pleased when we arrived. They are in the middle of big renovations so the reception is based in a container outside. We didn’t use the facilities although there is a restaurant and there will be a whole new reception, restaurant and lounge area. Our room has very recently been renovated and everything was new. No towel rail on the wall but I guess there will be soon! Tea and coffee making facilities although not enough really. But value for money for an overnight stay was excellent.

Was very good stay until the morning paid for my breakfast ate it and the man WHO TOOK THE PAYMENT follows me out to ask me if I’d paid for my breakfast and rechecked my credit card only find the receipt and hey I’m not a thief was quite embarrassing to be honest not like the restaurant was soo full he couldn’t remember my fave there were a handful of people there!! Aside that Yh it was good

Great value for money. Within a reasonable distance from all attractions. Parking available. Only problem we had was there is no air conditioning or fan available as it's hot weather nowadays so we needed one but rest was all good.

Good new look, very nice and contemporary, great the chill at but my room was drafty for some reason and did want a bath but wasn't one. Would stay again though.
