Great stay. ”
We had a lovely 3 day stay here. Great location, great room with yummy food. Hotel staff really make this place as they are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Such a chilled relaxed hotel with a nice atmosphere. Will be returning.

This was a huge step up after staying in a no frills budget hotel. Felt totally pampered and fully able to relax and enjoy our stay. The only minor negative was people staying in the adjacent room making lots of noise late at night, but a visit to the front desk was all that was needed. The staff were helpful and charming without being in your face. Although the extensive road works in the area were unfortunate, once we worked out the route, it was easy walking to and from the city centre. Loved the experience and would happily recommend this hotel.

Good city hotel”
Location great, breakfast first class, staff very responsive and friendly. Only downside is the quality of the beds. We could hear and feel the springs which didn’t make for a great sleep.

I’m amazed with the friendly staff at the reception . Will defo recommend this . The room was clean . Facing the church . It was beautiful

Horrible internet speed”
The internet speed in my room was absolutely terrible. It would have been unacceptable in the cheapest hostel, let alone a Hilton Hotel at the price I paid for the room. When I complained the guy said that that's as good as it gets, although he did give me a code for a different network to try, but because of the way the system is setup, I was unable to get my computer to "forget" the network it had already joined. I wasted a good hour of my stay trying to resolve this issue. Will not be going back in a hurry.

Despite regularly using the Hilton double trees across the globe, Bristol Centre failed with tired and dirty rooms, appalling customer service and staff who’s get up and go had got up and gone!

Average hotel ”
Need 15-20 mins walk to city Centre. Bathroom is small, drainage in shower place is poor. If u need anything like battery for remote control u need to go downstairs yourself to get it because there's no one to do the service.

Noise and Food”
The hotel is big and nice, Checking in is very smooth but I suggest your front desk clerk should smile all the time they seems so unhappy when you approach them I give them 5/5 as there is no problem with my checking in and out, The room was nice, I just don’t like the yellow light, It was very clean and spotless. The first day I leave my room someone did go in without my permission and did some cleaning inside while i’m out which i’m very shock about it and also it wasn’t dirty as it was my frist night and only been into my room for 7 hours as I came in abit late and I had to go out and eat after putting my stuff into the room I didn’t like that as they took things into their hands without asking the guest if needed some cleaning. Anyways moving forward after left my stuff inside my room go downstair to get some dinner, Not alot of choice in the menu which is very disappointing, I had a coke, green chicken curry and Calamari which made my stomach sick I slept abit like 2 hours because I was tired having been inside the train for 5 hours, What wakes me up was my upset stomach, I was ill the whole night til morning because of the food I keep going to the toilet 10x that night - morning no exaggeration as my tummy was so upset with the food, Tbh i’m asian and I used to eat these food but it was totally different from taste specially the curry it has no taste that I need to put lots salt in it to make it abit better. So my first not was bad already with upset tummy, I didn’t complain about it as I know I won’t be heard anyway I might get kick out if I make fuss and I’m a solo traveler not a british so I have fear, So I was just quite about it and didn’t complain. The second night of my stay, Guest next to me were so noisy around 12mid they were drunk and talking shit like almost shouting to each other that night the noise woke me up and I never had a sleep after that as they continue until 2am in the morning and I even heard them having s*x and the woman screaming, It

Dreadful entrance due to renovations”
Location poor due to traffic regularly being gridlocked outside and on a one way system. Entry very tatty and unwelcoming. Staff likewise But very good breakfast

I paid for a king size bed and got the annoying two beds oushed together as one.... horrible middle parting caused sleeping disruptions

Great find! 5 mins walk from the station. Small but very clean and modern room. The views of the beautiful cathedral from the window was just perfect. The gym is very big and opens 24 hours, but the best no doubt was the amazing breakfast at the brick building, one of the best buffets I've had in England, totally recommend!

The room and furnishing were good. However, services were just average. request for additional blanket required 2 reminder calls. The worst was the shower's water pressure. I stayed at the 5th floor, and was hardly able to enjoy a good shower throughout my stay as the water pressure was so weak. Nothing was done after feedback was given on the very 1st day. It was a very frustrating stay.
