Worst Hilton ever”

Upgraded room (would hate to see basic) Dirty noisy shower wasn’t worth having. No coffee or water in room. Breakfast was very basic with not much choice. Very little for gluten-free vegetarian

Lovely stay, breakfast was an issue”

We stayed here a couple of months ago as we were relocating without a bed for the night. Beds were comfortable and clean room. The only problem we encountered was breakfast having to be put on a brown paper bag to take it us in our own room without any plates or cutlery. So our cooked breakfast choices was limited to what we can put in the bag. We literally ate our breakfast out of paper bag and napkins with our hands. I hope this is now upgraded to having breakfast on paper plate with disposable cutlery if customers have to do this as it was just not acceptable. I understand the circumstances but this can easily be solved.

We stayed here following a lovely day at Bristol Zoo and we were had a booking at The Wave Pool early the next day. It was a fab location for The Wave early doors.. staff were very accommodating and the room was very clean. Thank you!

Happy with everything”

Clean and modern. Good facilities including pool (book a time slot for this and the gym) large quiet room and comfy bed. Great for a stopover on a long journey as close to motorways.

Hilton double tree north bristol ”

Hotel room needs updating as very tired (151). Breakfast cold and that was at 0800am sausages were disgusting. On top of that they expect you to pay £5 to park when you are staying. Would not stay there again if paid to do so

Sleep Disturbed”

We were awoken early on Sunday morning with the sound of the alarm clock ringing in our room. Our journey had taken us 5 hours the day before and we were tired so had looked forward to a good nights rest. When we explained what had happened to the reception staff during checkout on Sunday, she just laughed this off. We found this behavior quite insulting. We had no option but to take the return 5 hour drive back home feeling very tired.

Disappointed "No Communication in advance"”

Booked this hotel as we had stayed before and are happy to pay more than others in the area due to having access to the health and fitness facilities, however on arrival we discovered the facilities were closed for refurbishment. This was evidently planned works that had be scheduled for some time however this was never made aware to us in advance of the stay and alternatives were not offered. At check in, only after raising the point with the receptionist were we offered complimentary wi-fi in our room :( as some form of compensation? This resulted in us having to change our plans and then find ways to entertain 2 young children who were looking forward to having a swim.........

More than average”

Weekend visit”

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel room was really clean and smart. The bed was huge and incredibly comfy, we had the best nights sleep! Drinks in the bar are on the pricey side but the ambience made up for it. We would definately stay again.

Good Stay”

Good stay after a long journey from Heathrow. Not up to the Hilton mark. Can improve lot specially the service level of the staff in restaurants and other areas.

Nice warm Hilton great staff food decent location”

This is a decent Hilton. Me and my wife got the room really cheap so we were really pleased with it. Location is good if you have a car. We used the hotel as a base for visiting Bristol & Bath. The Hotel is £10 taxi to Bristol Parkway for visiting Bath. The Hotel was warm & clean and room service was excellent. All the staff were really helpful and kind. Please note Parking is free for Hilton Honors loyalty card members (I think it is £5 per night for non-members) and you get a free newspaper for Hilton Honors members too. The breakfast is excellent! Really filling! Please note you can't a specialiality coffee at Breakfast only tea or coffee in pots to add your own milk and sugar. If I was being critical the Hotel is a little dated, but overall it's a UK 4 star and really good rate and value!!

Quiet and relaxing stay.”

Good for access to local area. Internet access was free in lounge area but in room £15 per night. Parking should be free for residents not £5.00 per night. Reasonable gym and pool, good sauna.

The room is clean, big and comfortable.”

The stay is good but I was surprised that I was charged for the car parking as I thought car parking is included when I booked the hotel. Perhaps miscommunication but the info on the website is definitely not clear but the charge.

Hilton standard - no surprise”

It is a Hilton so you have no surprise with the standards that are good. A little bit expensive especially they dont offer free internet and parking is not free. That is a shame as both internet and parking are overpriced

Not my first time there It is a typical Hilton with all you can find in such hotel. I did like the swimming pool but unfortunately the fitness room was closed for some maintenance work (would have been good to be informed at time of booking !) Rooms are fine. Temperature was cold outside but warm in the room. Only bad things but it is also Hilton standard (!!!) : breakfast is overpricy and internet connexion not free ! They charge a fortune - something like 15 pounds for 24 hours. I find it is not acceptable in the 21th century !!!

I found this hotel to be perfect for our stay-excellent location,ample parking, very spacious bedrooms which were spotless& comfy beds.breakfast was really good-great selection. could not fault this hotel and would stay there again definitely
