Great location and helpful staff”
We relocated to Bristol and chose this hotel due to its location in the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Ms.Dipa and Ms.Sarah from the reception. They made us felt welcomed and assisted us with any of our concerns since its our first time in Bristol. Ms.Sarah explained in great length the public transportation/bus app which really helped us a lot. We will surely stay here again!

Great Location and wonderful staff”
We stayed here for almost 2 weeks due to relocation from overseas. The staff are really friendly and helpful especially Ms. Dipa and Ms. Sarah from the reception. They made us felt welcomed and helped us with getting around Bristol. Ms Sarah explained in great length the public transportation/bus app which helped us a lot. Would surely stay here again!

Comfortable stay”
We only stayed one night in the hotel, but we were very happy with it. The room and shower were clean, and the bed was comfortable, though a little firm for us. The wi-fi signal was poor, however, so we were glad we weren't there for work purposes. The location is great, very central for shopping. The room was a tad cold (in January) and it took a while to warm up using the thermostat. The breakfast was very good and you could ask for a vegetarian option if you wanted a cooked breakfast. All in all 4 rather than 5 stars, but would recommend and would stay again.

Short but very enjoyable stay. ”
The hotel is a short walk from the bus station, which is an advantage if you are arriving late at night from the airport. Check in was fast and friendly. The bedroom and shower room were clean, fresh and modern. The twin beds were large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive choice, and the waffle making machine was a hit with my daughter! Our stay was very short but I would definitely book again.

Location was close to shopping quarter Beautiful bakery 1m from hotel Breakfast satisfactory and plentiful ( cranberry juice watered down though!) Room clean and modern although teaspoons at coffee/kettle point in room were dirty and not a good variety of drinks to use Quick check in and out Hotel communal areas clean Bed very hard(my preference is soft) Temperature in room good with adjustable controls

Everything was clean the staff were amazing especially Luke at breakfast that guy should be paid double. Only complaint rooms were dark . Needed separate light switches all on one

The staff is amazong at this hotel. They could nog do enough to help! Very Clean and spacious room. I have forgotten the name of the lady who checked us in Wednesday but she gave us some Bristol recommendations and was so helpful.
