Quirky”

I stayed in room 14 whilst in bath for my overnight annual Christmas shop. Room 14 was an upgrade - it’s quirky with its metal spiral staircase to the bedroom & shower room. There is then another staircase up to the toilet. The staff are always lovely, polite and helpful. The hotel is a great location tucked behind the main shopping areas.

Just way too small”

Yes, the hotel was quaint and very conveniently located, literally a few minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, but you pay through the nose for the location. We could only afford the standard double. The room was in the eves and tiny: the bed literally a double bed (we’re used to hotels that call a king or super king a ‘double’ room - admittedly our mistake for not checking) and although everything, from towels to coffee, was of high quality, we didn’t sleep well and had to leave really early because my partner was getting claustrophobic. The advertised hot tub was empty and was in the tiniest of courtyards - right outside the bar. The staff seemed nice though. Sadly, we probably won’t book again.

Brilliant and relaxing stay.”

The hotel room was clean and spacious we had a double bed and a single bed. The breakfast was brilliant we had a cold option along with a hot option the food was fresh we had toast with avocado, salmon and poached egg. The staff in reception and at breakfast were all very professional and couldn’t do enough. They took our bags and assisted my parents to there room whilst I parked the car. Car park was booked in advanced it cost £11 and was only 3-4 min walk behind the hotel. Location was brilliant we walked around the corner and we were on the main shopping st.

Perfect location and lovely service”

Amazing spot to be in the city centre. Rooms are clean, service was exemplary! So glad we booked this hotel for our mini break.. it was the perfect spot! Thanks to the Harrington Team :)

We had a great stay at this hotel with our 5 month old baby. We were offered a cot and other baby essentials in the room, as well as the highchair during the breakfast. The location was great for our family as well, we managed to see all the main attractions and be back on time for baby naps. We will definitely be back one day.

The best experience in my Bath days”

Everything here was amazing!! Service was thoughtful and staff were so kind that they kept the suitcase for us more than five hours! Our room was No.14. I have to say the facilities here were much better than we thought before. It was clean, quite and cozy. The lovely room even served us a digital audio and a coffee machine. Also, the location was really safe and convenient. Surprisingly, staying in this hotel could also get some discount and reward for restaurants, spa and museums in Bath. Sincerely, I'd like to recommend this hotel for all visitor to Bath.

Great location ”

Central location, near the key sites and a good pub. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Steep stairs might not be suitable for all.

A lovely central hotel perfect for exploring Bath.

Nice but too many drawbacks”

It is a rather small family hotel. The room was generally clean. It is quite small and there is no lift to the floor that you stayed in; as like many European small hotels. The room is cosy. Note that the carpark is located quite some distance away from the hotel
