كانت إقامة جيدة ومريحة خصوصا لمعاملة الموظفين الراقية لكن الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبنب هو مع كون بريطانيا من طليعة الدول المتقدمة في تكنولوجيا الإتصالات ومقارنة مع فنادق أخرى سكنتها في بريطانيا فقد كان بث الواي فاي ضعيفا ومتقطع في كثير من الاحيان و الاسوء انه في كل مرة أغادر محيط الفندق واعود إليه يجب علي إعادة إدخال المعلومات من جديد للتوصيل أيضا سياسة تغيير الشراشف والفوط كل ثلاثة ايام تتطلب إعادة تقييم حيث أنها مدة طويلة للنزيل لتغييرها وكون السعر ليس رخيص كأسعار فنادق النجمة الواحدة او نزل وإفطار

Clean, Tidy and modern ”

We stayed here for two nights in the executive room. Room was very spacious with queen bed and a good size sofa. Room had a larger bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. There was also a large balcony. Included was a mini fridge, coffee machine with nespresso pods. The hotel lobby area was done out nice in pastel colours and the bar area the same with a Starbucks counter. It was nice and relaxing as fairly quiet. Breakfast was very well organised with a good selection of cereals, cold meats, croissants, and then the buffet hot selection with lots to choose from. I was very impressed with the dedicated Gluten Free section with included its own toaster which no one else normally thinks about. Relaxed and seating is free to choose. Lady that greeted us was very helpful and friendly. All the staff were friendly and willing to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending the Holiday Inn, I have stayed at many hotels in Brighton and this has to be the best.

It would be petty to complain about the hotel so I won’t.. it was a really polite experience , and when I requested more milk for the room I got loads😂 Brighton is lovely, clean, lots to do with a beautiful beach..

Great location and sea view rooms must have biggest balconies in Brighton. Ideal for a few days stay and getting out and about Brighton and Hove

This hotel has seen better days but staff were exceptional, and the room was impeccable (also, didn’t hear any noise from the street whatsoever. Better value for money than some others, and only a 10-minute walk from the Pier etc.

It was fine except for one problem - it was freezing cold, even with the reverse cycle AC on full. I had to borrow a portable heater! And this was a relatively cold day in April, not midwinter!

Charity gig at the Brunswick ”

Chose this hotel as it was close to the venue and price was not to bad for Brighton.on the sea front the views were great also close to Brighton centre if you are coming for a gig. Room was ok large bed coffee and tea in the room. Room was a little bit tired but not to bad and a good size. Breakfast was ok bit expensive at ten pound each but a good range of food you can eat in the bar area but we chose to eat in the burger place which you can get to though the hotel as it is next door more choices on the menu and the food was very good.

nice hotel we where attending a wedding at the Brighton grand so was good location for us would have loved the sea view room as the weekend was a lovely weekend weather wise would recommend would go back and stay there

Good end to our UK adventure”

I booked an executive sea view as it was only a little more than the normal room. We spent our two days roaming the countryside around the hotel. Our only disappointment was the staff. They seemed a little distracted, as if our business was not worth their time. We also had communication issues. I mean we both spoke English, but their accent and mine (American) was not very compatible. Another problem was parking. Their lot was full (Granted it was super expensive) so I was told to park down the street in a parking garage. A little frustrating as I picket that hotel because they had onsite parking, but in retrospective it saved me a ton because the price of their parking was outrageous!

Nice place but device not functional”

1) Room were nice, it also contained one coffee maker (which unfortunately not functioning, was told it will be replace next day, but that did not happen) 2) Had forgotten the music ear-phone, when they have all the details of us, it would have been appreciable, if pro-active action would have been taken by them to call and return the product. Thus certain pro-activeness will be appreciable. 3) Location facing the Sea, was nice one. and most of the tourist highlighters are within the walking distance.

There was a narcotics anonymous convention there all weekend ”

Rude front desk”

Unfortunately we dealt with rude front desk. We travelled in off peak season, still dirty bathroom with no basic toiletries/ no disposable sacks, didn’t upgrade to a better room! Breakfast is ok but not upto the 4* standard..fruits were too old and wrinkly specially the bananas! We stayed for 5 days, had breakfast 3 times but bananas were always too ripe and old! Breakfast staff were good. The best thing is the location and the head housekeeper called Elena, she was very nice to talk to and made the room very nice and clean and offered to help in anything else we need.

To be honest the executive sea view was not all it was cracked up to be. I was expecting more of a wow factor. Our room wasn’t even available when we checked in. The staff was very nice though but the rooms need to be rethought, especially the more expensive ones. Mini bar, working fridges, more amenities should be available.

Sham publicity on Agoda and terrible service.”

This hotel deliberately lists all room type with both shower and bathtub, but actually, only a few rooms have a bathtub. I have booked at least one month beforehand and I should say that I have selected this hotel because it has a "bathtub". However, when I arrive at the hotel, they told me that I could only select a room with shower only while all the room with bathtub is booked since it was during a busy international conference period. After I contact Agoda, the agency told us that the information provide on the Agoda website is wrong and my booked room has "shower or bathtub" instead of "shower and bathtub". Apparently, it is not my fault so the hotel "managed" to move us to a new room with a bathtub on the Fourth day of staying and I have to live in the wrong room type for the first three days. Furthermore, Agoda provides us with a "shocking" 100 dollars refund(half of the daily hotel expense). I am really disappointed with the poor handling of the Agoda agency.

Not to Holiday Inn standard”

I have always understood the Holiday Inn to aim to provide good quality value for money and have come to expect to find hotels of established standards everywhere in the world. Therefore , while the UK is well known for its generally poor hotels, one does expect the Holiday Inn to be up to its normal standards - whether staying at a Holiday Inn Express, Holiday Inn Club or Holiday Inn. Not the case at the Holiday Inn in Brighton. On first impressions the lobby is old, dirty and in need of an overhaul. The reception staff were cool and unwelcoming, the restaurants and coffee shops were without staff (though they did appear after a while), we could not check in even at 12:30PM - told that the normal time is 2:30PM even though I had requested to check in by 12:00 in advance. When we got to the rooms, they were scruffy and paint chipped, the carpets had not been vacuumed - and never got vacuumed during our stay.
