I thought the staff especially Sana were all very helpful and courteous and patient. The hotel was very busy but everything seemed to go smoothly. Would stay there again

My pet dog was made very welcomed. Worth getting to breakfast early as there can be quite a crowd and dishes run low.

We were asked to pay for the parking when the ad prior to booking did not specify it was a paid parking! this makes them quite an expensive hotel when you add this up to the hotel room price. The breakfast was horrendous, bad quality of food and too many customers in a tiny restaurant! there wasn't any free table and you had to queue for a while!

Nice hotel with decent rooms, and also free breakfast which is not amazing but definitely edible. Staff at check-in & check-out were not particularly nice and more seemed like they were just trying to get rid of me

Comfort and decent accommodation ”
My two comments are We stayed two nights, breakfast was reasonable. Think it should include bacon and fried eggs but not scramble eggs everyday! Parking :£12 for 24 hours is a good deal, however if the parking ticket could allow unlimited in and out during such period would be perfect for hotel guests.

Enjoyable stay,very clean, new, good location”
Unfortunate that they had a broken smoke alarm on the first night of our stay meaning we were woken up every couple of hours. However they refunded the cost of that night fully and staff were very friendly and competent dealing with the fallout. Good location, very clean. Food options not great, but it's an express option. Still greasy wedges or a slize of pizza the only options apart from the vending machine during the day. Didnt try the dinner menu. Breakfast was OK, cereal boxes, toast, yoghurt or eggs and sausage. The coffee from the machines is dire, but that's probably UK wide problem not just here.
