Everything you need for a comfortable peaceful stay”

Really enjoyed our stay in a spotlesslly clean room with all facilities; hairdryer, ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities etc. Breakfast was inclcuded which was ample. Parking was £6 per day but so handy for Cardiff bay and in particular the Millennium Centre

Stayed over for the one night wish it could have been for more, excellent accommodation comfy beds and great breakfast. Staff were all friendly and could not do enough for you. Will definitely stay there again .

My wife & I visited Cardiff in September 2018 and we spent 5 nights at this hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel location is very close to the city centre and safe to walk back to the hotel.

Unhelpful check in to be then greeted with a £6 car parking charge. Room was like the Antarctic with the heaters not working. The room absolutely stunk of sewerage in the bathroom. On a positive the staff in the morning were great and helpful whilst checking out and having breakfast.

Good location. Restful & peaceful”

The room was a bit small but sufficient for our needs. Clean and without much frill but in a good and peaceful location. Restaurant next door is a boon for convenience. Breakfast is nice and tasty and sufficient if you're not too picky. A good place to stay if you don't need much more than a place to rest.

Accommodating staff and nice location”

It was really good stay and I enjoyed it alot. Staff are very accommodating and warm they always assist me the best way they can. Highly recommended.

The staff is quite helpful. Yet not much shops available for daily needs. Only limited dining area and breakfast could add more different items instead of identical most days.

Ideally located for Cardiff Bay”

Only stayed the one night but we couldn't really fault it. Check in and out done very quickly and efficiently. Staff gave us maps and showed us routes to walk down to Cardiff Bay and into the City Centre too. Allowed us to leave our car in the car park after we had checked out so that we didn't have to find somewhere else to park it while we spent our day in Cardiff. The room was clean and tidy and the food and drink at breakfast was good. Would certainly stay there again.

Nice hotel at great price”

Visited in early January which, weather-wise is not the best time of the year - it was cold and rainy but Cardiff is a beautiful city on the coast. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we asked them how to get around town. Great value!

I was there only for one night, where I had booked”

We were there only for one night as we had to attend a ceremony the following afternoon. The staff were awsome! Specially the lady at the reception.

Good location, good service but a bit cramped”

This hotel is ideally located for visitors to Cardiff Bay, within walking distance of the Millenium Center, the Bay and the Dr. Who Experience. Clean rooms and facilities. A buffet breakfast was included in the price and it was nice to have breakfast with views of the canal. However the parking was not free and it was a surprise, although it was £5 for 24 hours, I would have preferred to have had that included in the room booking initially. Also the internet service was expensive, this compared to a free service at another Holiday Inn Express in another town was a disappointment. Staff were friendly and helpful and altogether a nice stay at a reasonable price.

Was a fantastic hotel! Close to Cardiff Bay with some great restaurants and crafty shops.
