The staff were brilliant. The room was as you expect in an Ibis - clean, comfortable and functional. The location is so easy for the station so you can get your bags dropped and head off to enjoy Brighton, breakfast was fresh and tasty. Just what we needed frankly!

Fantastic location”
next to the train station makes coming in and leaving Brighton hassle free. Loved the very hip and trendy lobby concept . Rooms are much bigger than other ibis I've stayed in. Highly recommended

Good location, Nice staff”
The location is right near the rail station which is very convenient but noisy. The staff are nice and professional. The room is tidy but the washroom is a bit small. Only three electrical sockets are provided in the room, two near the table and one near the washroom. None is near the bed. It could be better but acceptable for short stay.

A decent size, clean and kirkman looking hotel. Stay has been great with all neccessity provided in the room. Location is great. Staff is friendly. No complaints!

we really enjoyed our time in this hotel. It was just infront of Brighton station and you can reach to anywhere you want easily! Especially, there's 24hours shop just around this hotel and was so great to buy some food and drink at night. And it was SO clean. Staff were very friendly

The location is good. It's a 5 minute walk to/from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to/from the beach. The facilities were a little disappointing (e.g. the water pressure in the shower wasn't great). Reception staff were friendly, but housekeeping were rude. They barged into my room twice before checkout time without knocking first. The one was confrontational and said her system told her I had already checked out. I hadn't checked out and was due to at midday. I complained to reception who apologised for the inconvenience, but I don't know what action has been taken against housekeeping. I stayed here because I got a really good deal. If I can get the same rate next time I visit Brighton, I'll stay here again. If not, I'll stay somewhere else.
