This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and both experiences have been excellent. The staff were super friendly and happy to help. The hotel is clean and stylish. Ideal for families!

Perfect fot football trip”
Don't be put off by the outside appearance, it is literally build into a multi storey car park. Once inside the Staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are warm, clean and the beds comfortable. Everything you need and at a great value price. Located near numerous bars and restaurants and a casino. Perfect spot for a budget trip to watch the most successful team in Europe, Glasgow Rangers, whose ground is only a short walk away. Will definitely use again, just can't beat the value for money, so many plus points for so little cost.

Budget hotel true to the name”
Basic room with toilet and shower stall/cubicle, small table and stool in place of a chair. Warning: Air ventilation unit has a thermostat which seems to be ignored. Instead, as the label says, if outside temp is below 20C, the unit heats the air and if it is above 20C, it cools the air. I had outside temps around 15C and ended up opening the window, since turning the unit on generated hot air no matter how low I set the thermostat.

Very clean, part of a complex with good leisure facilities. Comfortable stay, only gripe lift did not go up to my floor for some of my stay.

As the title says its a budget hotel and it feels like it. Even the double rooms are tiny and moderately equipped. Breakfast is a total let down

We were stayed there for 3 nights. There wereFew issues signs of pest infestation (bed bugs) ”
It was my biggest concern. Probably they have resolved the problem. But on the floor you can see the bugs stocked on to the floor with blood stains. Other thing was breakfast. When we came to eat there wasn’t anything apart from the bread toast. Bit disappointed.

Hotel lacks basic amenities: hair dryer, iron, electric kettle. Some buttons of the elevators missed.

we're a group of 3, room is small but clean and got the basics. location is bad since its not really within the city center, you could walk approx 20mins or take the bus

Never expect Japanese so called Biz hotel”
Overall, I recommend the property. I wanted a room in Japanese style, because of the similar price and similar option. The experience here at Glasgow was somewhat different. Not a many option to facilitate. ANYWAY I ENJOYED A LOT.
