Good location”
I advised the teaveller to booked in this Hotel.its near to the train station 3 mins walk and theres a sign where u can find this hotel.Very clean,the pillows were very comfy and big its good for the traveller who cant sleep with 1pillows alone.tge Breakfast was awesome...love it..the staff specially the front desk Serena was very helpful.she give us good instruction were to go..For a tourist like us needs someone who can assist us and thats Serena who have done that... Cleaners were freindly and always ready to help..

Clean quiet room ”
Stay for one it was a lovely room very clean and tidy and the facilities were brilliant. The cooked breakfast was tasty couldn't ask for better.

Super convenient location. The Brighton train station even have a directional sign on this 3-min walk away hotel, yet very quiet. Room in good size too.

Took ages to check in”
Was not told check in was 3pm, arrived at 11am. Came back at 3, took an extra 30-45 mins to finally get a room. Baring in mind this was the hottest weekend in 2020, We found out our AC was broken. If you are a light sleeper I’d highly recommend requesting a room thats not facing the train station, they’re quite loud. Apart from this, the location is solid if you don’t mind the hill from the beach. The staff were lovely and the drinks service was quick considering all of the pandemic stuff. Not an amazing collection of draught beer but the football table is free and you get a laugh out of it. The breakfast included was from Crush which had fresh fruit; pastries and fresh OJ, was very nice. Overall, this is good for people who don’t mind walking and want to be hidden away from the main hub of Brighton but also isn’t a trek to get to.

We had to pay £46.00 for a 2 night stay in the nearest Car Park as the hotel does not have a concession.

Convenient location, No on-site parking”
PROS: Conveniently located just opposite the Brighton Railway Station. Walking distance from major attractions. Elaborate breakfast menu. Clean and spacious room. CONS: No parking of it's own. Use the train station paid parking just across the road. Check-in time of 4pm is very late by any standards.

No Issues, bar staff friendly, and pleasantly surprised to receive some free drink vouchers for the bar and coffee , great location next to train station and only 10 minutes walk to the lanes

Not a 4* hotel ”
In my opinion, this is not a 4* hotel. I am stayed in a standard double room but the room is rather small compared to other hotels I have stayed out. It is economy in terms of what they provide in the room (nothing...apart from tea). The room and bathroom are old and could do with refurbishing. The location is close to the station but further away from the pier than is ideal.

Paper thin walls and poorly built new build. Staff were nice and close to the station. All in all won’t be returning.

Never received what booked and paid for”
ordered paid for family room for wife son myself, got what any other hotel would be single room with small double bed and single jammed in The bedding was wrong size duvet cover for queen size with single quilt inside for.a double bed Pillow cases torn and thread bear Breakfast ordered and paid for full breakfast got paper bag with 3 day old hard roll inside with grains inmilk which had gone off and some fruit in a plastic bowl that was soft with bacteria. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone appalling
