Whilst the roommate was ok the place could do with an upgrade. A little too far from the centre and not many facilities nearby but close to a bus stop and small supermarket. Suited my needs.

Loud noise and soft bed”
-We got a room which was facing the petrol station and main street so it got quite noisy from time to time. I did not have a good sleep since some staff at the shop nearby will move their carts and trolleys around at 6am or late at night. The bed is quite soft so hurt my back too. Service: -Good and attentive Food: -Ok. Although with limited options.

Ideal base for hospital appointments/visits.. M&S food next door also great for various snacks which helps to keep costs down. Bus services to city centre nearby.

room was a bit dated could do with a refurb, and a deep clean, windows were written on by last customer with there finger as when the room steamed up while having a shower this could be seen, wallpaper peeling of wall, but bed was comfy and clean, for £59 for one night you don't expect much, and handy for hospital

The staffs are friendly. Good Scottish breakfast. I stayed on Saturday the rate is high not worth the price. Location is not that convenient .There is no A/C so if you keep the window opened it would be a bit noisy from traffic

Parking is NOT FREE!!”
The hotel is advertising they provide free parking on the booking site, but obviously they are not. If I'd know I would definitely choose to stay in the city center. I feel disappointed by the misleading information that they provide to attract people.

Trusted safety measures, helpful staff, good value”
Very impressed by their Covid safety policy. Everyone wore a mask in the corridors, bathrooms were clean and sanitised and minimal contact with staff, although they were very helpful. Room was clean and fresh in decor. Lovely walk around the pond closeby and within walking distance to Botanic Gardens, cafes and bars. Good value for a quick stopover.

I had managed to have a vrey good price via online booking. I was very happy with the staff, room have all the useful facilities including hair dryer and iron which become rare in many hotels. Just know that the parking is £5. Will defenitely come back if needed.

Staff, breakfast was good. Bed was cosy too. Only one thing was a bit disappointed which was there was a weird unpleasant smell in the bathroom coming from the toilet even it’s been cleaned. Apart from this everything was good.

We were travelling to Glasgow to see the Pink concert and decided to stay a few days before and have a look round the town and sites. everything was good with the Hotel we met some really friendly people the only thing we found was the breakfast was very expensive £12:00 each so for 6 mornings that puts a lot on your bill and if we had our car that would of been a further £5:00 a day.

A very mediocre hotel”
This is a mediocre hotel that is overpriced. The room was not 100% clean. We also had issues controlling the temperature of the shower and could not turn it off. The staff, however, were very nice and friendly. Would not stay there again.

The breakfast had no black pudding or potatoe scones the coffee machine had no milk and no coff3e in it and the table we sat had been cleared but not washed

From the start of our break to the end, Leonardo staff were fab, especially the housekeeping staff. ”
The room was satisfactory, only complaint, the bath was too small. Breakfast was good. Location was fine as plenty buses going in and out of the town

We found the hotel in a very clean condition, the staff were excellent, could not do enough to help you. We did read reviews on trip advisor, which we disregarded, as we like to make our own judgement. We will put a response on trip advisor to refute any adverse comments.
