We had a lovely welcome left our bags in the morning and returned later that evening after a day shopping and a lovely meal out will definitely like to return.

The room was comfortable as was the bed. The only thing I can say bad about the bedding was that the pillows are very small, though there are two per person, one firm and one soft. Our room was surprisingly quiet for a city centre hotel. All the staff we met were friendly and efficient. Be aware that the car park will cost you £28 if you are staying for two nights, this gives you up to 48 hours parking. In fact it's the reason I've given value for money only 4 stars and not 5. I do understand it not being included in the price of the room, as those arriving by public transport would lose out, but the price could be more prominent in the pricing menu on the website.

Perfectly situated for town centre”
Stayed just for one night. Perfect location for me to access shops. The night receptionist was very welcoming with a genuine smile which was lovely to see. Had a lovely room, with a large comfortable bed which is just what I needed. The Hotel has a modern look to it and the decor is fresh and appealing. Breakfast has a good selection available with good times for going down to eat. This was my first time at this hotel but it will certainly be on my return list. Enjoyable stay definitely.

Location brilliant. Price of room good value for money but the bar food leaves a lot to be desired and at £8 for a panini is very expensive along with nearly £9 for a pint and a soft drink we went somewhere else for both nights. Parking is on par for £14 for 24 hours but we had a football match else where in the morning so lost a majority of our ticket price, for hotel guests should be able to pay when leaving would be better value rather than pay up front.

Good location, nice 3 star hotel, breakfast adequate. Friendly staff, helpful and polite. Maintenance detail required within rooms to maintain standards. (Windows, curtain hooks, sink plugs etc)

Great hotel,but lift kept us awake with noise and air-conditioning very noisy. Late night bar staff lacking basic skills. Bar prices very high for the area.

Good hotel with excellent location ”
The hotel was nice but the location was even better. The room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work. That was the biggest downside. But the staff were extremely friendly.
