Great hotel- would recommend ”
My first time here and I was impressed. Lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, letting me check in early as my room was ready. Room spotless and spacious with a wonderful bathroom. Also very comfortable with everything I needed. Only drawback was that people in the building facing my room could see right in so had to keep the curtain drawn. Hotel is very central and close to the beach, pier and centre. Would definitely stay again.

Proper grown up family hotel”
Third time we’ve stayed here. Two daughters (there wasn’t a correct traveller title for us!) taking their mum (Christmas gift) this hotel is perfectly positioned for us to take our older mum to pubs restaurants shopping and royal pavilion. Just across the road from the beach and a lovely spa!

I booked for a night stay in queens with my family, my hubby and our 2 kids. We booked a double room sea view. At first I messed up the dates which they were able to amend for free! When we arrived, to our surprise, we’ve got upgraded to a king room sea view for free!!!! The room was very spacious we can run around! There’s a king bed and a sofa bed made to a double bed so it was really spacious for us that we didn’t ever need the baby cot we requested. The view was superb and we had the most comfortable stay in Brighton. Thank you so much!!!

Location is fairly convenient. Rooms are clean and the hotel serves good breakfast. Staff was friendly though we had asked for assistance to open windows and was informed someone will come over but no one came.

Excellent location, close to all amenities, right in front of the beach, couldn’t fault the hotel only down fall was no parking! Had an amazing massage at the salon 👍🏼

Family stay in Queens Hotel”
Location is great, room was large and clean. Breakfast was brought into the room and was ample. Staff was really nice and helpful. On the downside we were not allowed to use storage room to drop off the luggage!

Right on the water. Breakfast room had gorgeous view. Our room had two walls of windows….absolutely stunning!

Relaxed stay in Brighton ”
The hotel is located in heart of Brighton center in the seafront. Everything is within a walking distance. Renting a car is NOT recommended if you are staying in this hotel and it’s not necessary. We had planned to visit friends outside Brighton and had to leave early for LHR the next day. The hotel was relaxing and staff was friendly. We enjoyed the stay!

Basic hotel due to COVID most things taken away from room or spa facilities shut but very good helpful staff and breakfast served well due to current conditions

On the sea front.hot buffet breakfast included in price.swimming pool and gym.staff friendly.only bad points hotel is dated as old building.rooms are quite small.windows only open about 10cm

Ok for one night business travel”
This hotel is in a great location right next to the sea and close to loads of restaurants. The staff are all very nice. It has an ok gym and a nice pool, but no sauna (that I could see). My main issue with it was the smell. It had a strange smell throughout the hotel, which put me off eating there, despite the discount voucher for breakfast. I don't think it was unclean, but its old, so felt a little grubby. It was ok for one night when I was arriving late and leaving early, but I couldn't stay any longer.

Good overnight stay”
Room is spacious and clean, staff are very friendly and hotel is well located. I came in expecting something pretty average based on some of the reviews but left pleasantly surprised

One bed apartment ”
Beware if you’re booking the apartments with children/disabled, they are in a SEPARATE building which has NO elevators and narrow stairs. The location is one street behind the main hotel which is a small alley that can feel a little dangerous at night. The cleanliness was ok, there was some stains on the bedsheets and the apartment overall felt like it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly ie. corners had gathered dirt.

Good size but never again ”
Bugs all over the apartment. First the manager was saying Brighton gets bugs but as we were explaining the intensity of the infestation and showed pictures he changed his explanation to the view that in order to clean it they would have to move us. Great...thats what we were asking. He gave us the only apartment apparently which was in the other building and on the top floor. He said it was the same floor we were on and it was 2 floors higher. We also saw the hygiene sticked on multiples other doors in our building and on lower floors. Until the following evening. Therefore we could have been moved to any others while the room was cleaned. The plug in heater didn't work and was a bit nippy at night in the living room. The TV remotes were rubbish and capped at volume 50 which actually wasn't loud at all. There was a terrible repair job on a door which had clearly had been punched or something along those lines. Police were at the hotel on the first night and its in pretty rowdy area if you don't mind that at night. Daytime location was good but definitely noisy at night. Overall...wouldn't go again
