Where to begin”

For starters, we were given a completely different postcode which took us to houses nowhere near the hotel. Then once we arrived, we were told our hotel room wouldn’t be ready until 3, despite the fact it said 2 on the email. So we had to wait in the lobby for about an hour. Then when we tried ordering a taxi reception failed to contact us TWICE. Resulting in us wasting an hour of our time.

We accidentally booked this thinking it was in the centre of Glasgow, but it was only a 30 minute train journey. Location was good as it was in a shopping mall and rooms were really nice

Ideal location for shops , huge shopping centre on the ground floor. Hotel was clean and welcoming, staff were pleasant and helpful.

Looks like a bit of a prison from the outside with regard to the building..but inside is lovely.the rooms cosy.very clean.bed excellent.value for money for central hotel.stayed extra night and will return many times for wee break.

Good hotel for stay one two nights ”

This is not the hotel if you look for one with great facilities , views and location, but it’s furnished to the higher than average standards allowing to have very comfortable stay. There is not pool as it was advertised but there is a free parking and the big shopping centre on the ground floor. 20-25 min drive to Glasgow city centre.

Lovely hotel. Look of the building will put you off but inside it's completely different. Would highly recommend this hotel PLEASE AVOID BOOKING THROUGH AGODA THEY ARE A RIGHT MESS

Cleaning needs improvement ”

Pillows smell of pee and I looked inside the cover and was shocked to see so many hairs in there. Duvet has blood stains on it that ruin my night

Great choice”

Located above a shopping centre makes it so easy to shop with access nice restaurants. Free parking is handy, bit of a different layout to access the hotel but works well. The room is spacious and clean with all the bits expected however no fridge but for the price, it's definitely worth it. Staff are lovely and answer all questions I would stay here again.

Great hotel and great location”

This hotel was very good value for money, clean and just as expected. Also it was located above a shopping mall, which made for a great location

Top hotel ”

We arrived to see the hotel which from the outside looked old but from the inside it was great!! We were able to park in the ice rink car park and they emailed them with our details. The decor was really good, the room looked good, very clean, well presented. The staff were all very helpful, meeting and greeting at any time we saw them. Breakfast was lovely, tasted great and quick as well. They even had a vegetarian option. I will certainly use this hotel in the future, great value for money, even had a fitness room which we both used. Oh and to top it off the shopping centre is just down stairs 😃

The hotel was great, the staffs were friendly, the location is great BUT ONLY ONE THING I DID NOT LIKE IS THE PARKING, IF YOU HAVE A HIGH VAN THE ONLY PARKING AVAILABLE ITS AT DEBENHAMS AND YOU HAVE TO WALK THOURGH AK MALL ALL THE WAY TO THE HOTEL, AT NIGHT ITS VERY STRESSFULL, REALLY SCARY, THE MALL IS CLOSED AT 8PM YOU HAVE TO WALK ALONG THE ROAD SOME AREAS ARE DARK NO LIGHTS , NO SIGNAGE TO THE HOTEL. IF YOU CAN FIX THE PARKING ISSUES THE HOTEL WILL BE 100% GREAT THANK YOU

Room was clean. Staff were friendly.. extremely convenient as it is just next to EK.. you can do your shopping and get groceries and snacks as well. The down side for us was that there was no fridge though.. so we can't get milk and juices for our 4 nights when we were there.
