Best location, the apartment provide everything what you need. Lots or shops near by and restaurants and if you drive it’s easy parking . Best place I’ve stayed in birmingham

Excellent location and concierge are really helpful and polite. It seems UK hotels are mostly without air condition, thus really hot when we stay there. Fortunately, their fans really work well, and the windows can be open to get breeze.

Awful, just Awul”
I usually don't write a bad review, but I have to do this time. 1. The shower didn't supply hot water properly. They made a small comment on their visitor instruction paper (the text on the copy was truncated) that said like "wait until the boiler creates the hot water." 2. There were wet dirty towels left in washer/dryer. - That suggests how the room clean staff maintain rooms poorly. 3. Sofa cushion had a big sinkhole and you can see lots of dust and bits of chips. 4. The most problematic point was the concierge only available AM8:30 - PM10:00. If you arrived at the hotel like PM9:30 (like me), no one will help you. They have call number but don't expect they reply within the day. Only good thing was the view from the room and that's it about this place. I will not recommend this place. Thanks,

Great space in a great location. ”
These clean and well furnished apartments offer all the amenities you could want, and give you a great view over the city, whilst retaining a tranquil and private feel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are located in a great area for business or pleasure.

Great for shopping at the Bullring”
Nice modern, clean hotel if you are looking for a great place when shopping at the bullring. Staff very helpful. Parking a nightmare if you don't know Birmingham.

great location great view service apartment”
probably one of the highest building in the city centre, great view of birmingham. near bullring for shopping and have loads of food and restaurant nearby. 5mins walk from birmingham new street station. kitchen in the room and there are oranges and milk in the fridge, there is a capsule coffee machine as well. Some books and board games can be found near the sofa where you can read or play with your friends and family which is really nice.

Superb apartment and amenities ”
The apartment was well laid out, fantastic location and amazing views. The detail in the apartment was a pleasant surprise... coffee machine, coffee percolator and ground coffee, granola and muesli, fresh oranges with a machine to squeeze for fresh juice in the morning. Very well thought out. The bed was very comfortable although not so easy to get out for one of the couple. The sofa was a little on the small size and very low down so not so good for me as I have a bad back, but cute and good for most people. The only downside was it was very hot with no way of cooling the apartment - we tried opening the window slightly but it was still too hot and opening it fully on the 18th floor was too scary! 😬 All in all very good and we definitely consider staying again.

You can forgive all the minor flaws”
This was a lovely good sized apartment. All the facilities were superb. There were signs of wear and tear , but the view makes up for everything. The lift is super speedy . The location is unbeatable . There was even a large fan provided should this be necessary.

All the little extras in the kitchen were a welcome surprise, and my daughter loved the juicer. Duvets were really snugly. Decor was good and overall it was a good place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with spectacular views out over Birmingham. Staff were helpful and friendly. We will be back!

Fantastic view and location”
Beautiful building, great location right next to the Bullring mall, wonderful views. Loved the fact that we had proper coffee, and fresh milk and oranges in the fridge!
