We go to this hotel every year for last 6 years, after visiting a lot of other hotels in Brighton. this one has it all, staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are large, great view of the sea front, food is great, cater for all allergies. Breakfast continental or Full English fill up your cup when empty courtesy of helpful waiting staff. John especially attentive as all staff to your needs at Breakfast. They have a varied menu in the evening too. All beds we have tried have been comfortable and clean, power showers and hot water.

Great night out”
Great room 5*, cleanliness was 100%, bed sheets crisp and clean. Receptionist was great with parking, let us know when space came up. Breakfast was super, Gluten Free recommended. Receptionist helped us find GF fish & chip plus as a bonus GF sausage in batter. Staff excellent could not do enough for us, always asking if everything ok, gave us a discount card for future visits.

Our overnight stay was delightful and problem free. Our registration on arrival was easy and receptionist helpful efficient and clear with instructions. The room was spacious with large bay and spectacular sea view. The windows opened which was very important fir me. Bed very comfortable. Staff at breakfast where amiable and very attentive to our needs. Very happy customer.

134 135 136 are down stairs in the basement and dark and no view but still nice rooms ”
We asked.for a.change and where realy accommadating and moved us to a smaller but still lovely room the beds are amazing good nights sleep if there busy you book for breakfast but a lovely place to stay and good value and the carpark seems expensive but compared to trying to get carparkn g space its cheaper on a day by day basis I would definitely stay again and book with breakfast as it's well werth it

Very close to town centre ”
Staff very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Was able to leave luggage before booking in and also day after before leaving with no issues. Only negative was. room was very hot only able to crack window open.. chained up so couldn't open fully. And only provided a desk top fan to cool room down. But this didn't fought my stay here

Often visit family in Brighton and stayed at different hotels. The Kings Hotel is the best one and without a doubt will be staying here again. Loved everything about it a great hotel

Lovely Stay”
Very nice hotel opposite the seafront and close to everything. Very good value for money. Just a little too hot in some rooms as no air conditioning, but really enjoyed our stay.

Affordable, Clean with pleasant and helpful staff”
A very warm welcome on arrival at the front desk. Information on parking, breakfast and room location was given in a clear, concise and friendly manner. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and have everything you need. Breakfast was cooked fresh and very enjoyable with a good selection. The only downside is everywhere is so creaky! The floor outside our room and the room above creaked loudly, but as we were only in the room to sleep it wasn't too much of an issue. Also, the heating in the hotel was on maximum, absolutely boiling during the night even with the windows open and rads switched off. The staff, cleanliness, location and price make this a good choice of where to stay.

Comfortable and clean, value for money in Brighton”
I stayed with a friend and we booked a twin room. We were allocated a quite large triple room with a double bed and two singles comfortably fitting into the room. The beds were very comfortable and the room clean and nicely presented. Breakfast was included and the service impeccable. The food was pretty good too with gluten free bread an option. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay at the Kings hotel recently. The staff were attentive, professional and keen to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The breakfast selection was excellent for the cost and along with the beachfront view made a lovely way to start the day. Both hotel rooms I stayed in were very clean and suitablely equipped and although not modern in decor, were a welcomed place after a day of exploring BRIGHTON

Central with very friendly staff”
The hotel is between Hove and Brighton, very close to the spectacular ruin of the west pier. The front desk is manned 24hr, so staff are on hand to help if you have any issues. We found the staff to be very friendly and and polite. The hotel interior has a very clean style, rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

Great location”
We stayed as a family of four with our dog. We all had a great time. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfy, room was clean and bright. Great location walking distance to many bars restaurants and shops. Beach across the road. We parked our car at the nearby recency car park and left it there for the duration of our stay as we didn't need it with every being close by. However didn't realise that you can pre book car park in advance and you can save a little. Overall we would happily stay at the kings hotel again.
